Unexpected Love part one

As I sit outside watching the night and
Feeling at home
In the darkness, I know that the sun will rise soon
Chasing the darkness away.
Chasing this safe at home feeling away.

Yet I sit here and watch the sun chase away the night.
Watching as the sky turns to a fiery blaze.
As the colors red, orange, pink, and yellow start dancing in the sky as the sun chases the
Colors of life of a new day away.

So I sit here enjoying the silence as the wind washes away all my
Worries
Before all the sounds from the day
Comes and chase the silence away.

As I walked down the hill I noticed that I was being followed.
I here the footsteps of the person.
The person had light footsteps
They weren't fast yet the weren't slow either.

So I turned know I was headed towards a small pond
For i heard the water.
The sound was so peaceful
Then the sound of light footsteps
Jolted me out of
My thoughts.

As I turned around my breath was
Stolen from me by the beauty that
Stood ten feet away.

Her skin was the color of smooth caramel
Her hair was the color of coffee.
And her eyes were the color
Of sweet dark chocolate.

She didn't seem to notice me.
Any continued to a bench
Near the pond.

I heard birds chirping on the sweet sound
To go with this beautiful image.

I watched her without realizing I was for what only seemed like a minute.

She lifts her face to feel the sun
She was smiling
Yet tears stained her cheeks.
She looked so sad and yet she still smiled
With her whole heart.

I turned to walk away when I heard humming and I just stood there listening to the sweet sound.

I do not know how long I stood there for i was lost in thought.
When I turned around I noticed the girl was gone
It saddened me.

I went through the day with the image of the sun shining
Down on this goddess that
Has a heavy yet beautiful heart.

I wish I had the courage to walk up to her
And talk to her.

As I watch and night be chased away again by the sun
I thought of the girl.
Even as I walked down the hill I thought of her
Then I heard familiar footsteps so I turned around
And faced the goddess from yesterday.

She walked past me not noticing me.
So I followed her without realizing I was.
Today I heard her singing
Oh what a beautiful voice this goddess have
I closed my eyes and enjoyed the goddesses voice.
I didn't notice that she had stopped.

I opened my eyes to see her smiling at me
But her eyes held tears in them.

"Why so sad" I asked.

She looks up and then she says "mornings are so sad,
You see the sun is hurting the one she loves and longs for.
Yet when she tries to reach out for her love she can never
Reach her, or touch her for her
Love is the night.
And the two will never be able to touch each other."

She continues. " You see the sun knows that the night is saddened by this loneliness and yet she knows that she causes the night to be chased away."

As she said the last part a tear escaped and ran down her
Cheek.

I wiped the tear away and said " that is the saddest love of a tragedy that can not be undone."

She smiles and waved as she walked away.

I never seen this goddess again
Which saddens me,
For i fell in love with her the first day
I seen her.
