Unexpected Love part 2

As sit alone again watching the sun chase
Away the night as it rains.
I sit and think as half the sky
Is night and the
The sun is shining in the other half.

I think as it is raining that both the night and sun
Is crying.
As the story the goddess told me rang
Through my mind a tear rolled down my cheek.

As I sit and listen to the rain
I swear I could hear the night and sun
Crying out their love for
Each other.

As I walked to the pond where I first gazed upon
The goddess the day
I fell in love with her I remembered her
Humming as tears stained her
Cheeks.

With my eyes clothes I hear the whispers of the wind in the
Trees, and I felt the icy cold rain
Peirce my skin with every drop,
I feel the icy cold all the way in my soul.

With the whispers of the wind in the trees I hear
A familiar humming,
As I look around I do not see anyone,
And I do not see
My goddess.

Then I hear the whispers in the wind
Say once every few years,
The sun and night shares
A kiss but only one brief kiss that seems to last
For only a few minutes.

As a tear escapes and rolls down my cheek
I couldn't help but think
Hat is the saddest love story to only embrace
The one you love for a moment and then
After no matter how
Hard you try to feel that touch,
That love it is impossible.
Until the next year.

Then I felt a tug on my heart that made it heavy
At least the sun and night
Get to embrace the one they love once a year.

Where I never got to embrace the one I love
Even once,
I fell in love with a stranger
A goddess.

I come hear and listen to try and hear the goddess
Sweet voice,
But all I have is the memory
Of the sound.

I know have truly found love
And it was truly
A blessing to have loved
Someone even for a short time.

The end!

I really hope that all my readers and followers enjoy
My poetry as much as I do.
