~ Eyelids, PVRISAnd there she was, in her bathroom. But it was much darker than her bathroom. She recognised the bathtub that she sat in but the rest of the room fell into shadows. A small slit of moonlight came through a gap in the curtains. The light shone down on her. She sat in warm water, every movement sending ripples across the clear water. She was still wearing her pyjamas. Black shorts, white tee and a flannel. Una looked around but it was too dark. She felt something pushing her down slightly. The faucet was dripping. Drip. Drip. The water was clear at first, but I was getting darker. Drip. Drip. Droplets of red, scarlet lacing it's way through the crystal clear water. Drip. Drip. It got thicker and darker, more ominous. Drip. Drip. Una was on her knees now, trying to turn the tap off. Her hand was on the tap, it was getting hotter. The tap burning into her palm. She was being pulled down. The key on her necklace was caught in the plug hole but the water wasn't draining either. It was getting increasingly strong. Eventually Una gave in, she was under in seconds. Her arms ached and she screamed out as she was pulled down into the blood bath. Una could hear her blood pumping and she was getting light headed. Then everything went black.
Una woke up in a tangle of blankets. She looked around her, Kit was still asleep. He was a very heavy sleeper. Una felt her heart beating and she was burning up. Swallowing bile in her throat she stood up and went to get a glass of water. Una felt her hand wander to the key at her throat. It was cool in her hand, numbing the dull pain she still felt after the nightmare.
She was leaving in two days. Una needed to find some more information before she left.336
