I was shoved into a room and the door was quickly slammed behind me. I glanced quickly around the room and saw a boy with blonde hair, porcelain skin, and bright blue eyes. He looked terrified.
"I'm Sam. Are you okay? What did they do to you?" He asked quickly standing up to meet me at the door. He grabbed my hands and studied my face.
"I'm fine just petrified. Where are we?" I asked Sam studying him as well.
"I'm not sure. I've been trying to figure that out myself. I've been here for a few days I think." He said guiding me back to his spot in the floor. We sat together and talked for a little while until we heard a buzz. It was an intercom.
*Hello (y/n), I see you've met Sam. You now have 12 hours to kill him. Have fun* the intercom cut off.
"Wait...what???? Kill you? I can't do that!! Sam, I can't do that." I told him freaking out. He grabbed my hands pulling me in. He held me close and played with my hair comforting me.
"It's gonna be okay." He told me. Then everything went black. It was dark and cold. I cuddled closer to Sam. He got up and held my hand guiding me to the door. He tried the light switch but it wasn't working. I tried the door and it opened immediately. We snuck out into the hall and raced down the wide corridor. It looked like we'd been locked in a hospital. Sam stopped and grabbed my hand. He searched his pockets for his lighter and found it. He lit the hall and we continued. It took forever to finally find the door. The door of course was blocked but there was a broken window close by. Sam picked me up and helped me out then I grabbed his hands and helped him out as well. Once we were both out safely I embraced Sam in a hug. I burried my face into his chest with tears brimming my eyes. He held me close to his chest and kissed my head.
"It's okay Baby girl. We're free. Let's get out of here." He grabbed my hand and we ran as fast as we could to the nearest car that wasn't destroyed. I hotwired it and we sped away as fast as possible. We got to the police station.
"There's more people there! You've gotta help them!" I shouted.
"Listen ma'am there's nothing I can do except get you a ride home." The woman told me calmly. I grabbed Sam and pulled him outside.
"Sam, we have to go back and save them." I confessed. He nodded his head as we got in the car. We weren't letting innocent people die.
