Nia's POV:
I went to Murphey Park and waited for 6 min before Brooke showing up.
“Soooo...?” I asked.
“Well, Josh told me something.”
“What?”
“He likes Chloe.”
“And you needed to tell me this in person because??”
“Because I need you to keep that little-”
“Wohhh...no need to say anymore. But why? Just let Josh like who he likes.”
“It's Chloe though. My brother doesn't need to be dating an animal.”
“Harsh..” I muttered.
“Do you have something to say?” She demanded.
“Nope. Other than, I have to go.”
“Wait. You can't tell Chloe I told you this. You have to just keep her away from him. But secretly.”
“No. I'm no longer gonna do what you want me to do.”
“You may wanna rethink your answer, Nia.” She glared at me while saying that.
“Um, no.”
“Well then I guess you'll just have to say goodbye.”
