"is this why you don't want to give us another chance?"he let out a sarcastic laugh. "of course I mean if you left him to go with me why wouldn't you do the same thing but the other way around huh?" crap. "you're talking about me hurting you and cheating when you're doing the same. hypocrite much?" that's it.

"Joel it's not what it look like. let me explain. it was all my fault." yoyo stood up facing Joel.

"shut up Yoandri. you're suppose to be my best friend and you're trying to get at the mother of my child." yoandris hands curled up into a fist.

"now you're the one being a fucken hypocrite. if I recall correctly YOU are the one that stole her away from me. she said no when I asked her out because she had feelings for YOU! so don't fucken come and tell me I'm the bad friend." Joel looked shocked. I was too. he turned to look at me.

"the only hypocrite one here is you Joel. yea we were about to kiss, and to be honest if you hadn't stopped us, we wouldn't have. and don't come tell me I'm cheating on you because if I remember correctly we broke up four years ago. I can date whoever and whenever I want." I heard Bella crying from the room. I stood up and left them alone.

"mommy!" she was sitting on the bed.

"hey sweetie. what's wrong?" I wiped away her tears from her tiny cheeks.

"I'm scared. I heard yelling." I sat her on my lap and have her a hug.

"everything is okay. don't worry. mommy is here. okay?" yoyo opened the door.

"hey" he sat down in the bed next to us.

"hi yodri" we broke into laughter at the fact that she couldn't pronounce his name correctly.

"you're so cute. you can call me yoyo Bella." the way he looked at Bella made me smile. he was so good with kids.

"like the toy?"

"yup. exactly like the toy." he let out a small laugh.

"okay. mommy can we go get some ice cream?" she turned to look up at me.

"yea why not?"

"can yoyo go with us?" I turned to look at him.

"I don't know. let's ask him. do you want to go with us yoyo?" I asked not breaking eye contact.

"why would I say no to two beautiful ladies. of course let's go." I slipped on Bella's shoes and we made our way downstairs. I was looking down at my phone.

"daddy! do you want to go get ice cream with yoyo and mommy?" I looked up and saw joel looking at us, clenching his jaw. I couldn't tell Bella not to invite him, after all he was her father and he deserved to spend time with her.

"um sure princess" he carried Bella in his arms. we walked to Yoandris car. I fastened Bella into her car seat and got into the front passenger seat. Joel had no other choice than but to sit in the back with Bella. Yoandri turned on the radio and Treasure by Bruno Mars came on. I remember perfectly this was the song Joel sang in the final of La Banda. it brought back bad memories. I changed the radio station making it obvious I didn't like the song. Dangerous Woman was the the other radio station. I began singing it under my breath and toandri singing. his voice send chills down my spine. when he was at the high note Joel interrupted him.

"Can you keep your god damn voice down. Bella is sleeping." I turned to look at Bella and sure indeed she was asleep.

"you don't have to be rude Joel." he had no reason to act like this towards Yoandri and me. we parked in front of the ice cream shop.

"can you wait with Bella here? since she's sleeping? I'll get you an ice cream. what flavor do you want?" I asked taking my seatbelt off. Yoandri was waiting for me outside the car already.

"whatever" he just rolled his eyes at me.

"fine." I wasn't in the mood to be begging for his forgiveness. I got off the car and followed Yoandri inside.

Joel's POV
I can't believe it. I'm losing her. to my bestfriend. I guess it's karma. I stole her from him and now he's doing the same. I saw them get off the car, laughing. I could see them though the window. They looked good together. they seemed happy. but I couldn't let him keep her. I loved her and I was going to fight for her until the end.

Sorry for not updating. okay so I've decided to put "The. New Girl" on hold. I am having major writers block for that story and i don't know if I will continue it. if you have any ideas comment down below. don't forget to vote and comment.
