They looked good together. they seemed happy. but I couldn't let him keep her. I loved her and I was going to fight for her until the end.

Yoandri and Erika made their way back to the car. just looking at them made my heart hurt but it also made me angry. jealous.

"hey baby. you woke up." she said looking at Bella.

"why didn't daddy go with you mommy?"

"um well he had to stay and take care of you. because you are were sleeping." she handed me my ice cream cup.

"Butter pecan. I remembered." it's been over 4 years and she still remembers my favorite ice cream flavor. I honestly couldn't help but feel something.

"thank you" I said coldly. I still loved her and she made me feel things no one else made me feel but I couldn't show it.

"mommy can we go to the park?"

"of course, well I mean if Yoandri wants to." I just scoffed. was she fucken kidding me? if Yoandri wanted to? was she going to stop doing things Bella wanted to do just because Yoandri didn't want to.

"um I actually have to go somewhere. sorry Bella" My princess's face went from happy to sad.

"we'll go another day honey." Erika fastened her seatbelt.

"I'll take you princess. don't worry." Erika had to be fucken kidding me.

"Joel, I said well go another day. Yoandri can't today." that's fucken it.

"As long as I am concerned, Yoandri has no freaking say in what MY daughter does or doesn't. she has father that can take her wherever she wants. and I will whenever I can." Yoandri looked at me through the rear mirror. we had arrived at the house already.

"I didn't me-"

"just shut up already. I no longer care what comes out of your mouth." I opened the car door and made my way to the other side. I unfastened Bella's seatbelt and we went inside the car. I grabbed my wallet and my car keys.

"Joel, you can't just take her without me." Erika ran after us.

"you did it. you took her away from me for four years. to Paris. I'm just going to the park around the corner. calm the fuck down." I put on Bella's seatbelt, got in the car and turned on the engine.

"Joel!" I ignored her and drive off.

Erika's POV
"Joel!" he just drove of. I'm so going to kill him.

"I'm going to fucken kill him when they get home. he can't just drive off with my daughter like that." my hands were over my head.

"it's his daughter too Erika. he has all the right to spend time with her." Yoandri said as he wrapped his arms around my waist.

"at least now we have time for ourselves." he said whispering into my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

"I-I thought you had to be somewhere."

"it got cancelled. and boy am I happy." he began leaving kisses on my neck.

"Y-Yoandri. we can't do this out here. everyone will see us."

"It's okay. it'll show the world how I feel about you." he turned me around making me face him.

"let's go inside." I grabbed his hand and pulled him behind me. he sat down on the sofa, and I was on his lap. Ours lip met. it didn't feel the same as when I kissed Joel but Joel was in the past. I couldn't forgive him. I knew I shouldn't be doing this. it was wrong but I went along with it. that kiss soon turned into a make out session. his hands began making their way up my shirt when a phone ringing interrupted us.

"I-I gotta answer that. it might be Joel and Bella." I reached off my phone and indeed it was him.

"hello? Joel is she okay? what happened?" i was freaking out. maybe something had happened to Bella.

"you couldn't be anymore fucken discrete could you? you couldn't wait to go in the fucken house and make out in there? you had to do it on my fucken front porch for everyone to see? are you doing this out of revenge? was this your goal? to fucken humiliate me in front of all of my fans? well you fucken did. I didn't know you could go this low Erika. you're not the same person that left 4 years ago." and with that he hung up. how did he know.

"um Erika I think you should see this." Yoandri walked towards me holding his phone. as I saw the screen I saw a picture of Yoandri kissing my neck out on the front porch. someone had seen us and taken a picture. it was all over Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.

"fuck fuck fuck. this is how he knows." I sat down on the sofa. this couldn't be happening. minutes later I heard the door opening. I rushed to the door, seeing Joel and Bella come in.

"Joel. Please let me explain." I was on the verge of tears.

"I'm going to fight for full custody of Bella."
