                              Third person:
They hadn't talked about that night nor did anyone ask any questions. They just all made sure Troye was okay, for his sake but most importantly the baby's.
Connor also never left his side. Making sure he was eating right and taking him out for small walks to get his mind off everything. He went wherever Troye went, and as much as Troye found it a bit unnecessary, he also found it endearing. Smiling every time Connor went out of his way to get Troye his latest craving, or subconsciously rubbing his swollen feet when they were propped up on his lap.
Troye enjoyed the sweet touches, his heart fluttering with everything Connor did, and maybe, just maybe, Troye thought, he was ready to start again.
                              -
"So they said your phone would be ready in about two days," Connor said as he stepped out of the AT&T store where Troye was sitting out on a bench.
"Cool," Troye said and held his hands out for Connor to help him stand up. His six month belly a little bit bigger than a cantaloupe and his feet very swollen. "God I feel so fat," Troye muttered under his labored breathing, just standing up making him winded. Connor chuckled and took his hand.
"No, you're perfect," he said and pecked his cheek. Troye blushed and rolled his eyes. Of course he'd say that. "Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah," Troye nodded. Excitement in every step they took towards the hospital. It was finally the day he would find out the gender of his baby. Still he hadn't picked a name but that could wait. Maybe after finding out what it would be, picking the perfect name would be easier.
"Are you excited?" Connor asked, squeezing Troye's hand when he saw that he was spacing out. Troye smiled.
                              "Yeah."
"Honestly so am I. What do you want it to be?"
"A boy," Troye said in a heartbeat. Not that he had a problem with girls, but for his first child, he wanted a boy. They seemed a little less complicated in the long run and he had never really been around girls much. But if he did have a girl he'd still love her as much as any parent should love their child.
"Well we'll find out when we get there," Connor said, swinging there clasped hands between them gently. Troye smiled as he looked down at them. Anyone who would see them would say they were dating, possible married. And suddenly, Troye didn't think that was a bad thing at all.
                              -
"Hello mister Mellet. I'm Doctor Helbig but you can call me Grace," a doctor with wavy blonde and a cheerful smile said as she walked into the room. Like last time, Troye was seated on the uncomfortable bed and Connor sitting next to him on a plastic, grey chair.
"Hi," Troye said with a small wave as he kicked his feet back and forth. Grace smiled and then turned to Connor.
"And I assume you're the baby daddy?" Connor smiled and shook his head.
"Sadly no. I'm just a friend," he said looking at Troye longingly. Troye blushed and looked at his feet. Grace hummed.
"Well nice to meet you. Shall we get started?" She asked and sat on a rolly stool putting on some rubber gloves.
And so the process began of her warning Troye about the cold blue liquid being put on his belly and then pressing a wand type thing over it.
Connor stood up and gently held Troye's hand as they waited to hear the sound of the baby's heart beat. When it wasn't heard, Troye nearly panicked, but like last time, it's quiet beating was the only sound in the room. Troye released the breath he was holding and Grace chuckled.
"Yep, baby's like to hide and yours is one of them." Troye nodded and let out a shaky chuckle. Connor leaned done and pecked his temple.
"It's okay," he whispered and that was all Troye needed to be relaxed again.
"Are you sure you're just friends?" Grace asked with a smirk as she looked at the two boys. Connor just smiled.
"So can we see what it is?" Troye asked to change the topic. Grace smiled and looked back at the monitor, moving the wand around Troye's belly before zooming in on the screen.
"There it is," Grace smiled and points at the screen. Troye gasped softly, wanting to cry.
                              -
"This is cute," Troye said, walking to a brown, faux wooden crib but stepped away when he looked at the price. Who knew babies were that expensive.
"Look at this!" Connor said, grinning from ear to ear holding a box. Troye smiled and walked towards him.
                              "What is it?"
"It's a kangaroo pouch thing for your baby! You're from Australia, it's only fair that you treat the little coffee bean like a baby kangaroo." Troye chuckled and took the box from his hand.
"Yeah, but maybe later. We're just looking around," he said and put it back on a shelf. Connor sighed.
                              "You're a party pooper."
"And you're acting like a child," Troye laughed and walked to the section with strollers and car seats.
"This is fucking adorable!" Connor all but shouted when he spotted and a cat themed car seat and stroller set. They earned disapproving looks from the women near by but they couldn't give two shits about what they thought.
"It is," Troye agreed, looking at the cute kittens that were printed on the grey background of the car seat but then looked at the price and frowned. "Why is everything so god damn expensive?"
"Because it's for babies and people want the best for their child, hence why everything baby related cost more than one hundred dollars."
"I don't even have a place to put everything! Or a job to buy a place! Maybe I should go back to Perth," he said feeling like crap. Baby shopping not being as fun as he thought it would.
He could have the baby in Perth and stay with his parents until he was able to get a job and then their own place. But then there was the fact that he'd be leaving Tyler, and Korey, but especially Connor.
Troye's heart clenched at the thought but it was a sacrifice he was willing to make.
"You can live with me," Connor said from behind him. Troye turned around and shook his head.
"You don't have to do this?"
                              "Do what?"
"Care for a pregnant man who can't take care of himself."
"If I didn't want to, do you think I'd still be here? If I didn't want to I would've left the first chance I got. I would've left before I got the chance to fall in love with you but I didn't and I'm helplessly in love with you Troye Sivan Mellet. You and the baby. Let me be there for you..." Connor whispered and took Troye's face in his hands and rest their foreheads together. Their lips dangerously close and Troye couldn't stop thinking about that.
"Will you let me take care you?" A tear fell down Troye's cheek. His body bursting with so many emotions, and ones he's never felt.
Taking a chance Connor connected their lips. It was gentle, unsure, and perfect. Their lips felt perfect together and Connor wondered why they'd never kiss before. Troye's lips were tingling when they pulled away and Connors were red. He rubbed Troye's cheek with his thumb as he stared into his blue eyes. "Well?"
                              "Okay."

Fanfiction"I'm pregnant," Troye whispered looking down at his hands. He wasn't sure why that was the first thing to come out of his mouth, but it felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off his shoulders when they did. He waited for Joe to say something.
