Ahh! Hey people so, for some random reason, I entered the watty's so yeah. I probably have no chance of winning or coming close to it but, who cares? Anyway, I'm going to be fixing up my story a bit so yeah... Anyway enjoy
...
Percy's POVPhoebe slowly reached out, twisted the knob, took a deep breath, looked away, and opened it, not knowing what was going to happen. She pushed the door open with a loud creak. Suddenly, her eyes started to glow red and she started screaming. "NOO!!!" She yelled.
She started panting as if she ran a hundred mile race across New York and, as quickly as it started, it disappeared. She shook her head. "What?" She asked.
Our mouths were open. "You overcame it so quick," Thalia said.
"Yeah," Phoebe said. She glanced at the open door. "Let's go!" Phoebe said.
Overcoming our shock, we ran through the door, softly closing it behind us.
Inside, it was completely dark, I couldn't see anything. "Where are you?" Thalia asked.
"I don't know," I said.
I heard from Thalia what sounded like a face palm. "See? This is why you don't help boys, their idiots," Phoebe said.
"Hey!" I complained.
"What?" She said
"Guys, be quiet!" Thalia whispered loudly.
From outside the door, I heard loud footsteps. Suddenly, the door opened. We all went to the wall, hoping not to be noticed.
It was a cyclops, a big bad one. It quickly glanced around and then closed the door. I sighed in relief. I took out riptide causing a small light so we could see. "Where are we?" Phoebe said looking around.
"I don't know..." I mumbled taking a look around when my gaze settled on a door on the opposite end of the room. I walked towards it. The wallpaper in the room was peeling revealing a rusty brass knob. I traced the outline of the door with my sword. "Umm... Peoples," I said.
"What?" Thalia asked as they walked towards me.
"Look," I said gesturing towards the door.
"Woah," Thalia said. "Let's open it!" She said excitedly.
"What? It could be dangerous!" Phoebe warned.
"Or it could be where the 'treasure' is being hidden," she said opening the door, she looked at us and gasped. "Percy, Phoebe, watch out!" Thalia said.
I looked behind me and saw the cyclops. It kicked us all into the door and closed it behind us. We were in a pitch dark room. With riptide, I saw that the door behind us had disappeared and had been replaced by a big rock. "Oh great, just great," Phoebe complained. "This is why you don't trust boys and help them. Look at the big mess we got ourselves into!"
"Hey!" I argued. "Girls could be-"
"Stop fighting guys," Thalia sighed. Suddenly she perked up. "Listen," she said.
I listened carefully and heard what sounded like... Like... Like the Star Wars theme song... Just kidding, it actually sounded like a raging waterfall. We walked towards the noise and we came out from a cave. Next to us was a waterfall. It was daytime. "Umm, this doesn't make sense," Thalia said.
At my feet was a note. I picked it up.Dear Percy,
If your reading this get out immediately. Try to find the exit. Your not supposed to be here. If your reading this, seek Union cave, the key is the treasure that I was talking about earlier in my last letter. Time goes slower in here too. Me and Ron were in here for a while till we got moved. A day here equals five minutes in the real world. Good luck Percy.Sincerely,
Hermione GrangerI quickly showed the note to Phoebe and Thalia. "Okay, so we have more time," she said.
I put the note in my pocket. "Which way?" Thalia asked
"Right, cause it's the right way!" I said. "Duh,"
"Didn't you say left back when we first came down to the underground bunker?" Phoebe asked.
"Uh..."
We started walking the narrow edge of the mountain, suddenly, Thalia stopped. "Another note!" She said excitedly picking up a note.
She skimmed the note and frowned. "What? Does it say we're going to die?" I asked.
"No Kelp head, why would it? It's just... Weird," she said showing us the note.Dear General,
We need to do something bro. We will cross the river to fight, TOGETHER, got it? Good, k, umm so bye dude.
Bye bro,
George WashingtonP.S: Dude, use ur war spoons.
"Wow, George Washington. How'd this get here?" I asked.
"How should I know?" Thalia asked.
"I'm keeping this, it could be valuable," I said.
"No,"
"Why? You want it?"
"What? No! People will probably think that George Washington didn't really write it, like seriously? What are war spoons and bro, dude? No one will believe it,"
"What if it was real? I have more respect to George Washington then ever,"
"Isn't George Washington son of Athena?" Phoebe asked.
"Yeah, so?" Thalia asked.
"Why would he write like this?"
"I don't know,"
"Let's just keep walking," Phoebe said.
I put the note in my pocket which was now becoming full.Piper's POV
"Frank! Watch out!" I yelled.
Frank quickly turned into a cheetah and ran from the acid fire coming from the hydra. "Don't worry guys, I got this," Leo said blasting fire at the hydra.
We looked around. "Well, camp Jupiter has looked better but at least it isn't in ruins," Reyna said.
Jason, Leo, and me had traveled to Camp Jupiter to check out how they were doing, they weren't doing that great. This is the fourth battle we've had in this one week.
The camp wasn't looking that good with broken buildings and holes in the walls. Nico appeared out from a shadow looking worried. "what's wrong?" I asked
"Percy's missing, and his friends, I can't find them,"
"Why don't you just Iris message them?"
"For some reason, it won't work,"
"Oh,"
"That's why you don't let a wild Percy roam free," Nico said.
"Well, at least he isn't dead," I said.
"Yet," Leo mumbled dramatically.
"Leo!" I said.
"What?"
