A New Enemy

Yang's PoV

Seeing Ruby so worried about a that...boy, bugged me. He doesn't care about us he didn't even remember us. Given that Ruby didn't ether but still. "Yang... Can you please stop pacing. It's making ME nervous." Blake takes my hand softly and looks at me with wide worried eyes. "I-I'm sorry Blake. I'm just...not sure what to do. I don't want to save him, but Ruby seems..." Blake squeezes my hand and smiles slightly. "Come on Yang. Sit down." She pulls my hand and makes me sit next to her. "Do you miss him?" Weiss made us both flinch. My only response was silence. I don't know how to feel about him. He was the sweetest kid but now... "I...miss the kid him. When he was a kid even, though we weren't allowed to hang out, he was so sweet and kind. But now it's like...he's a completely different person. He's so...so..." Weiss laughs. "Lost? Lonely? Afraid?" I look at Blake with a questioning face. "Oh come on Yang don't tell me you haven't notice. He's scared of what will happen to not just Ruby and his team but the whole school. He exhausted himself to clear out an entire mass of Grim. He may seem different but I bet he was this protective when he.." I cut her of laughing softly. "He never cared about people." For some reason everything went out of focus and I blacked out.

Blake's PoV

Yang passed out. She started to leans towards the floor but I grabbed her and pulled her to me. "YANG!!" Me and Weiss yelled. "Yang? Yang are you ok? Please wake up." I felt so panicked and helpless. "Blake... Calm down." Ruby walked in and smiles gently at me. "She's been up for about five days. She crashed. Let her sleep for a bit and she'll be fine." Ruby sits down next to Weiss. She seemed exhausted. "Ruby...are you ok?" She nods and sighs. "I over heard Yang. I know he doesn't seem like he has that good of a personality but he really is a good guy. He just has a really crappy luck. He's..." She looks down, "not who he used to be. She sighs again and stands up. She starts to walk off. "Oh. When Yang wakes up, tell he where she slept and watch her reaction." Ruby smiles playfully and walks out.

I sat there letting Yang use my lap as a pillow. I started to wonder if what that Grim master guy said was true... "Oh that's right! Shade was from my wife and Blake was from my mistress. Well this is awkward!! Hahaha!" I wish I could know if he was lying or not. "Damn it." I flinch as Yang tries to sit up. "Y-yang wait!" She sat up perfectly fine and glanced at me with bed hair. I tried not to laugh but failed. "Yang you look like you went through war! Hehe." She smiles and started fixing her hair. "Man...I hadn't realized just how tired I was... Thanks for taking me to bed." She smiles and I blushes slightly. "Well you...um kinda used me as your pillow on Weiss's bed." She freezes. She didn't look at me and very quietly says "oh... I-I'm sorry." She starts fixing her hair again and when she's done she looks at me blushing and heads for the door. "Where's Ruby?" "Yang? Are you ok...?" I smile finally figuring out why Ruby said that.

Luna's PoV

"That's your plan, now is it? It's great but...how do we get on deck? I mean unless you have someone on bored to help you." Roman laughs and then sighs. "She'll be around. And I know you'll 'love her.'" He gets quiet and I smile. "Well then. I can't wait for...'the Queen' to act."
