I Love Tourturing My Characters

~~~~Kasumi's Pov~~~~
I put the headband in my jacket pocket next to my book and walked through the crowd of parents and families to the swing I knew Naruto would walk to after he failed his test. I sat down on the swing and leaned against the tree with my arms crossed and eyes closed.
I know Tadashi won't show up. I know nobody will talk to me. I know I can't try to talk to someone and interrupt their time with their family, it would be rude. I took out my book and pushed my chakra into the seal to open it.
It popped open after so much of my chakra being pushed in and I flipped it to a new page and started writing lyrics down in my clear handwriting.
"Please tell me you'll fight this fight
I can't see without your light
I need you to breathe into my life
don't tell me this is goodbye
I won't grieve - it's not yet time
Each breath breathed is keeping hope alive
So keep breathing
Go on breathe in
Keep on breathing
Go on breathe in
Just breathe
Each breath breathed means we're alive
And life means that we can find
The reasons to keep on getting by
And if reasons we can't find
We'll make up some to get by
'Til breath by breath we'll
leave this behind
So keep breathing
Go on breathe in
Keep on breathing
Go on breathe in
Just breathe
All you have to do is breathe x2
So keep breathing (All you have to do is breathe)
Go on breathe in
Keep on breathing (All you have to do is breathe)
Go on breathe in
Just breathe
So keep breathing
Go on breathe in
Keep on breathing
Go on breathe in
Just breathe"
Just as I finished my song, I heard footsteps coming towards me. I closed my book and put the seal back on, a strong seal that only a Bijuu could possibly break, possibly.
I look up to see a depressed Naruto walking towards me.
"Hey, Kasumi-chan. Did you pass?" He asked as he came to stand in front of me.
I got up to let him take my spot, which he hesitantly took, and thought about my answer; should I tell him I passed or not? I thought for a minute before I had my answer.
"I passed but I won't move on if you don't." I told him seriously. He looked shocked at my statement, but I just smiled.
"K-Kasumi-chan, you don't have to do that for me." Naruto said looking at his hands.
"You're right." I said, he looked crest-fallen at these words. "I don't have to. But, I want to."
He looked up at me and grimly smiled. That's when I heard a disgustingly annoying voice. Those two old hags that talk bad about Naruto. He didn't seem to hear them but they seemed cristal-clear to me.
"I'll be right back, Naruto-kun." I said and I seemed to disappear from his view, but I only ran behind the two girls.
"-and what is that girl doing talking to a demon like hi-" one started.
"Look, she's gone!" The other said.
"Wrong. I'm still here." I said. They spun around and stiffened at the sight of my glare. "Don't you dare speak of Naruto that way. You have no idea what he's been through. And you think he's a demon? I'll show you what a real demon looks like if you ever speak about him like that again."
