~~~~Kasumi's POV~~~~
I woke up to see myself leaning aginst a tree with the sun rising into the sky right infront of me. Also in front of me was a breathless Iruka and a scuffed-up Naruto. Naruto had the bandana placed on his head and was freaking out.
"Wait, doesn't Kasumi-chan need one?" Naruto asked.
I coughed.
Their heads snapped to me and they stood there for a few seconds.
5....4....3....2....
"Kasumi-chan! Are you alright?" Naruto asked as he ran to my side, Iruka not far behind him.
"Yeah. I'm fine." I said as I leaned forward slightly. "Iruka-sensei. Take it out." I said.
"O-okay." He said as he got behind me and quickfully, and carefully, took the large shuriken out.
I closed my eyes and focused chakra onto my back. The slight pull and tug of the muscles and skin pulling together shot slight pain up and down my neck, my eyes were also stinging, but I paid it no mind. It didn't really hurt. I'm really glad I practiced for a few days non-stop, or else I'd be screwed.
I could feel them staring at my back as this happened. I don't mean that nagging feeling that makes you think you're being watched, I mean physically feel them watching me. Come to think of it.... I could feel a lot of stuff. I could feel the wind blowing through the tops of the trees, even though there was no wind down here. I could feel the bird in the tree 50 feet away feeding her children. I could feel the acorn that fell of the tree 100 yards away hit the ground. I could feel the ants on the trees and some butterflys going between one flower and through the air to another.
This. Is. Weird...
I kept healing the muscles with my eyes closed while I adressed the two awe-struck males behind me.
"Stop staring. It's considered rude." I said.
"H-how did you-?"
"How did I know?" I asked. "I just do."
What? Do you expect me to just come out and say "Well, it's weird, but I can feel you guys staring at me. And not your chakras, like usual, but your entire body."?
Yeah, that deffinantly won't get me into the hospitals luny-bin. Note my sarcasm.
"Um...okay...?" Iruka said.
I stood up and opened my eyes. I looked around the clearing at the world. It seemed different somehow.
Oh, well. I streched and turned to the others.
"K-Kasumi-chan?" Naruto asked shakily.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Y-your eye..." Iruka said as he stared at me.
"What the hell is it?" I demanded.
"Your pupils." He said. "They're different colors. The right is red and the left is white." He said seemingly awed.
"W-what?!" I exclaimed. I did some hand-signs and a mirror of ice appeared infront of me.
My left eye was white. My right was red....
"....WHAT THE HELL?!?!"
I closed my eyes and focused putting chakra in them, trying to get them back to normal.
I did that for three minutes before opening them again and looking back into my black pupils once again.
"Oh, thank the heavens." I mumbled quietly before I did a hand-sign and the mirror broke into a million tiny fragments, thus, revealing a shocked Iruka and Naruto.
