Chapter 4,

Matt's POV:

I arrived at my hotel and checked in. My room key was handed to me and I smiled a quick thank you to the receptionist before making my way over to the lift.

I walked along the long corridor and heard a door open, I looked round to see Jenna walking out of her room. I sighed and looked away continuing the search for my room.

I slid my key card in the machine and my door clicked open. I slowly trudged in the room and placed my bag down on the floor before walking over to the bed an lying down. I pulled my phone out and dialled Karen's number.

K: Hey Matt what's up?

M: hey Kaz, I was just wondering if you have heard from Jenna lately?

K: I spoke to her on the phone earlier on, why?

M: Did she say anything?

K: no not really, she didn't talk much. Have you sorted it out yet?

M: no

K: cheer up buddy, I'm sure it will sort itself out soon. Look I gotta go, someones at the door. I'll text ya later

M: okay

I hung up the phone and sighed to myself. I slapped my face in an attempt to forget about it but it was no use. I turned the hotel TV on to distract myself.

Jenna's POV:

I sat there in my hotel room with my head spinning circles. I groaned to myself before picking up my jacket and door key before leaving my hotel room. I stepped outside my door and saw Matt walking down the corridor, I sighed when he turned away and carried on walking. I needed to get away to clear my head.

I walked down the busy streets of San Diego trying to find a nice Café so I could calm down and have some lunch. As I was walking my phone started to buzz. I took it out of my pocket to read the message and to my surprise it was from Richard

"Hey, seeing as your in San Diego why don't we meet up for a coffee? I need to sort something's out with you - I feel terrible xxx"

I read the text and my anger grew, I quickly replied to him.

"Maybe I don't want to see you Richard."

"Please Jenna, I need to see you! xx"

"Fine - you'll only have five minutes to talk tho."

"I'll meet you outside of your hotel in an hour xx"

I slid my phone into my pocked at kicked a stone in frustration. Richard was the last person I wanted to talk to right now. I walked into a small Café and ordered a cappuccino. I sat down on a small sofa that was placed in the corner away from everybody else. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and decided to play a game to pass some time.

40 minuets had passed so I decided to leave the Cafe to be back in time to see Richard. I slipped my handbag over my shoulder and walked out the cafe into the hot street. As I walked I found myself looking at the architecture, a smile crept on my face as my eyes caught a beautiful building. I stopped dead in my tracks and took a photo of it before adding adding a filter and border to it before uploading it to instagram with the caption 'San Diego vibes' .

Once I had uploaded the photo I carried on with my walk and finally made it back to my hotel. My smile dropped when I noticed Richard walking over to me.

"Hey Jen!" I looked down at my feet and fiddled with my fingers

"Hi"

"so uh, how have you been?"

"Good I guess, what about you?"

"Yeah I've been great thanks! So hows the new show?"

"I really like it. How's Game of thrones? Is it still more important than me?"

"Jen please don't be like this" I looked up at him and scoffed in disgust

"why not, I've been through hell because of you!"

"I know and I'm so sorry about it Jen hon-" I crossed my arms and huffed cutting him off

"my names Jenna." Richard sighed and tried to take a step closer

"Please Jenna, I'm begging you. I'm sorry for everything and I know messed it and you around. please take me back"

"I'm Sorry Richard but I can't, you've done enough damage."

"Please Jenna, I love you. Just give me one more chance!" I sighed and crossed my arms tapping my fingers slightly.

"fine"
