Matt's POV:
"How won't it work?" I asked sadly.
"It just won't Matt" Jenna said sighing to herself
"I just got my hopes up Matt, I thought we had something but when I saw you and Lily I realised we weren't meant to be. I mean look at Lily, she's drop dead gorgeous and right up your street" Jenna spoke softly, she looked up at me and half smiled. I shook my head at her.
"No she's not Jenna, she is nothing compared to you. I knew that you would be the one to steal my heart since the day we met. What happened with me and Lily was a drunken mistake and I honestly wished it was you I was kissing not her. What I told you at Arthur's party was not drunk matt it was me being honest. I love you, please, please forgive me" I spoke quickly and desperately, I reached out for Jenna's hand but she pulled it away and started to cry.
"You're my best friend Matt, If we date it could ruin our friendship forever and I don't want that Matt. I don't want to lose you. I need time Matt"
"Time for what" I asked
"To choose. You or Richard" She said looking down and sighing.
Before I could speak there was a knock at the door, Jenna wiped her eyes and breathed in shakily.
"It's open" Jenna called out.
"Sorry is this a bad time?" Jenna shook her head
"No Kaz it's fine" Jenna said patting the bed next to her. Karen walked into the room and sat down with us.
"I was wondering if you wanted to come shopping with me" Karen asked happily, Jenna nodded her head and smiled
"Sounds good" Jen said happily.
"I better go then" I said sitting up
"Hey Kaz do you mind giving us a minuet" Jenna asked
"Sure thing, I'll wait in the lobby" She said before getting up and leaving.
Jenna turned to face me.
"Matt please come?" She asked looking up at me
"Are you sure, I can give you space if you want?"
"No I want you to come, plus you haven't seen Karen in a while so it would be good for you" She said
"Okay I'll come" I said standing up and smiling.
"wait one more thing" Jenna said standing up. She grinned at me and wrapped her arms around my waist, burying her head into my chest.
"I've really missed you Matt, and I'm sorry for everything but I just need to think things through" She said softly. I placed my arms around her and hugged her tighter, not wanting to let go.
"Take all the time you need".

"Oo Matt what about this one" Karen asked whilst pulling out a black shirt with the guns and roses logo on it. I smiled at her and nodded, we let Karen pick out outfits for us for our panel.
"Not a bad choice kazza" I said happily and taking my size.
"Hey Jen, why don't you try this on" Karen pulled out a white t-shirt with "Love me tender, love me tender, Lula Lula Lula Lula" written on it along with a maroon leather skirt. Jenna smiled and took it into the changing rooms.
"So what's the latest with you and Jenna?" Karen asked whilst looking at the shoes
"she said she's still choosing" I replied sighing
"Well then, show her how good her life can be with you. Prove to her that you are the one she needs" Karen stated whilst passing me a pair of converse.
"wait your gonna help me? I thought you'd change my mind" I asked in disbelief.
"Of course I am Matt. I hate the way Richard treats her. Besides I've seen the way you two look at each other" She said winking at me, I chuckled at her and smiled. Jenna came out of the changing rooms and looked at us quizzically.
"what are you two up too?" She said crossing her arms.
"Nothing" I said smiling at her
"So are you gonna get it?" Kaz asked
"Yep" Jenna said smiling. She walked over to the cashier to buy the outfit
"don't worry Jen I'll get this" i said handing the cashier the money
"No Matt, it's fine" She said protesting
"I insist" I said smiling at her
I paid the cashier and brought mine and Jenna's outfits before taking a hold the bag and walking out.
"Thanks Matt" Jen said smiling
"Don't mention it shorty" I said smiling back at her.
"So what do you want to do now?" Jenna asked whilst leaning against the shop wall.
"Well I'm going to go surprise Arthur at his panel, you two wanna come?" Karen asked, we both nodded and walked off to the venue. Once we were signed in Karen went off to find Arthur. I looked over to Jenna and smiled.
"I'm gonna go crash Richards panel, you wanna come?" She asked and I nodded in reply
"Sure" We walked off and spoke to one of the panel interviewers behind the stage to see if it was okay. They thought the idea was funny and gave me and Jenna and microphone each and told us to go on whenever we wanted. Jenna smiled at me before walking onto the stage, I soon followed her.
Everyone in the audience went crazy, I stood there waving to everyone. Richard slowly turned around and saw us standing there. He instantly sunk into his chair and started to laugh.
"Hello" Jenna said softly, she walked up to Richard and gave him a hug.
"Oh my god! I'm just glad I didn't say anything bad about you" Richard joked.
