Chapter 28: Fighting Is Never The Answer

Leah’s ***POV***

I pulled Louis through the door of Skylar’s house and into my car. I started the ignition and started out journey to explore the Melbourne shops. Which consisted of one of the biggest shopping centre’s in all of Victoria, Highpoint. Which is my favourite.

“So, where are we going miss Leah?” Louis asked me and my eyes were on the busy roads.

“Since your a big fan of shopping, I thought it would be a good idea to take you to one of the biggest shopping centre’s in Melbourne.” I looked over to my left and saw a massive grin upon Louis’ sweet lips, that I want to put my lips upon. Wait! Leah focus on the road. Not Louis lips.

“Leah! Watch the road!” Louis yelled at me while grabbing the steering wheel and swerving us into the right lane. Opps.

“Sorry, I blacked out.” I said blushing.

“Would you like me to drive and you direct me?” Louis offered.

“No, I’m good.”

There was an awkward silence that fell upon the inside of the car. Right now, I was trying so hard not think of Louis in any sort of dirty way that I was when I first got into the car.

“Soo.. what type of shops does it have at the shopping centre that your taking me to?” Louis asked, breaking the silence.

“There are a lot of different variety of shops in the centre that we are going to.” I replied. He nodded and it fell back into silence once again. However, we soon arrived at our first destination, Highpoint. I parked the car in the car park and got out of the car and Louis being the gentleman that he was, opened the car door for me.

“Thank you.”

“Anything for ma lady.” He said while bowed in front of me with his right leg crossed in front of the other. I started laughing at his cliché move.

“Let’s go.” I said walking off while pulling his arm away. Once we entered the massive shopping centre, Louis’ mouth fell open. I started laughing and I put my hand under his chin and lifted his chin up to close his mouth.

“Careful Lou, you don’t want to catch flies.” I said. He started grinning and this time pulled me to a shop that I didn’t catch the name of but from the inside I knew it was a men’s clothes shop. I started exploring the clothes in the shop even though they weren’t for me.

“Leah, come here.” I turned my head and saw Louis’ hand gesturing me towards the fitting rooms. I walked over into them and saw Louis with a pile of clothes.

“Sit down on the little chair and i’ll model the clothes for you.” He said quickly before running into a fitting room.

“Louis, we have been in this shop for not even 5 minutes and you have already found a stack of clothes that you like.” I said.

“Let’s face it, I work fast.” I started laughing at his comment. He came out with a pair of black ripped jeans on with a with and blue stripped t-shirt on. He did the catwalk and struck a pose when he was about 15 centimeters which made laughter overcome me.

“You like?” He said with a wink. I blushed and looked down, finding my black Vans very interesting. I looked up at him again, pretending like I didn’t blush at him and I nodded at him. An hour passed and Louis decided to buy half of the clothes he tried on, then we exited the shop.

“Now, let’s go to a shop that is suitable for me.” I told him. He nodded happily and grabbed my hand and we skipped to a shop called Topshop.  We entered the shop and I immediately started looking around at all of the tops, skirts, jackets, jeans, dresses and shorts. I found a white top that had ‘I Hate Everyone’ in black writing and I picked it up and started laughing. The top made me think of Steph because of her weird mood swings. I thought I would get it for her cos I knew she would like it.
