Family: An SVU Fanfiction

Flashback

Amanda's POV

I came running in to Liv's aid, i had never seen her like this before, well not since Lewis anyway. When i came up to her and cradled her in my arms, she just cried and cried. She couldn't go through it again, and i knew this but to be honest i felt so helpless.

Liv's POV

"Hello Detective Benson" said an eerie voice as I turned round and saw William Lewis in my apartment. "NOOOOOOOOOO!" i screamed opening my eyes realizing were I was. I looked around the room, my heart pounding sweat soaking my face and collar bone, my breathing rapid. Amanda came rushing from the living room. "Liv?, you okay?" My eyes were beaming while Amanda was in my view. "L-Lewis, h-he.." Amanda rushed to my side. My eyes stinging from the tears. "Shhhh, Liv it's okay Lewis isn't here he's dead remember?" I looked up at her full of tears Amanda hugged me as i cried my heart out.

The next day i went into work, it felt like everyone was just staring at me i quickly walked into my office. Took off my coast sat down and began typing up paperwork, i saw picture of Noah and Ellie on my desk. I sighed wandering how i got in this situation, i stroked the picture then putting my face in my hands, just then i got a call from Barba saying he needed to see me in his office so got my coat on and left the precinct. As i was leaving Noah appeared i ran over to him. "Sweetie your meant to be in school" Noah looked worried. "Mom i don't feel safe there!" I sat him down in a chair opposite Finn's desk as he came in. "Sweetie whats happened...." "I was with my friend Joey at Recess we were in the hall way going to the cafeteria, there was this man standing outside the principals office....he scared me mom it's like he knew i was there he was looking right at me and come to think of it, he looked a lot like you". I looked up at Fin who heard the whole thing. I sighed because i needed to see Barba but i know i couldn't leave Noah here not like this. "Fin...could you-" "Don't sweat it baby girl, i'll look after him." i kissed Noah's forehead and quickly rushed out of the precinct.

Writers POV

"Hahaha my son raped your neice and now you gotta face what happened to you again bitch!" came a voice while a Olivia was driving when she looked next to her again, there he was Lewis back from the dead....well almost. "Your not here, your not here, your not here" Lewis chuckled "You sick son of a bitch she's your Niece too, why didn't you say that we were related" "Well that would have taken the fun out of it all" When Olivia looked back he was gone.

Liv's POV 

I arrived at the DA's office. I knocked on his door. "Come in, ahh Liv sit down." I sat down "So what have i been called for this time Barba, and if it's to do with Tucker i really don't want to know-" "Actually it's about your Niece" I sat up concerned. "You have been called to Testify in the case." I looked at him confused. "Why? i wasn't there when she was...." I then realized and scoffed "....But huh let me guess Matthews Lawyer called me to testify right?" "It's just so they can here your side of the story because your family you must" I shook my head. "Right so I must testify against that prick, but yet I can't investigate my own Nieces rape?.....does Tucker know about this" The anger I had inside was too much to handle. "Liv that's not-" "Barba! Does he know?" He nodded. I got up out of the chair and stormed out the office.

The Precinct
I arrived back at the precinct Noah was at Fin's desk and Amanda and Carisi were sat at there desks doing paper work. Then right in front of Fins desk was Tucker talking to Captain and Finn. I then walked up to Tucker fast and gave him one good slap around the face. "You Bastard!, what the hell is wrong with you how dare you control what I do with my niece and then don't tell me!" Every one began looking around Amanda and Carisi rushed over Fin had to pull Me back because I was about to take another pounce at him. Tucker rubbed his face, the anger that came out of me I hadn't felt this in so long I had an adrenaline rush. "Well hello to you to Olivia" Olivia laughed. "Cut the crap Tucker, what is your problem are you jealous, or just plain stupid!" Tucker straightened him self up. "Olivia you know the procedure when it comes to family, you can't investigate it would affect your case but you wouldn't listen so, you testifying in court would teach you a lesson." I looked at him I realised, that it wasn't Matthews lawyer that came up with the idea." I shook my head then picked up a mug from Fins desk and banged a pen against the cup. "Hello everyone can I have your attention please, these past weeks have been tough especially this case I mean having family involved is bad enough but having an ex lover deceive you is even worse Ed Tucker the man who thinks okay to call women liars and tell them they can't work a personal case and then get his own back by making them testify against the enemy even though I wasn't there, just because I was family, huh and to think....." I looked back at him in the eye people were looking shocked and angry at him "........I was actually in love with him." She then turned away and stormed out of the precinct trying to wipe her now appearing tears and got in her car and drove home.

Writers POV
Back in the precinct everyone was speechless. Tucker walked embarrassed out of the precinct. Cragen, Carisi, Amaro, Rollins and Fin all looked at each other awkwardly. "Well, he had it coming" Fin said they all agreed and went back to their desks. "Amanda where mom gone Noah said he's gone out of the toilet" Amanda shrugged. "Sweetie I have no idea, go on go and collect your  sister I'll be at mine soon." Noah nodded and left the precinct.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey guyssss I know it's been so long, just been too much on but we're back!! Well i an liberty is taking a break for a while so here's two chapters to enjoy while the writing is on going on!!! Love ya'll
