you can do this. you have people around you who care about you and your wellbeing. imagine that these characters or actors, actresses, kpop groups cheering for you, because they inspire you to continue to live. and that's a mighty special connection that no one can break. be yourself, love that game, love that movie, love that character, love that kpop star/group, keep pushing forward with that special connection.
