- Alia -

The Hogwarts Express left platform nine and three quarters as Alia looked on with a kind of sadness. Although Harry and Elenie would have the best time at Hogwarts, Alia couldn't help but worry about what would await them that year. Every year that they had attended Hogwarts, they had taken part in something dangerous. Alia worried even more about the fact that the Triwizard Tournament would be taking place at Hogwarts that year. Who knew what could happen.

Her train of thought quickly turned to Lily Potter and how worried she would be about her son and Elenie if she were there at that moment. It reassured her to think that if their roles were reversed and Alia had died instead of Lily, Lily would've cared for Elenie just as Alia cared for Harry now. Lily had been the closest person to Alia for many years and when she died, Alia felt empty. Especially as she had just lost Sirius as well; things were hard.

"Alia, are you coming back to the Burrow or are you going home?" Molly interrupted her thoughts as she and Arthur stood at the side of her.

"Thanks for the offer Molly, but I'm going to start looking for Sirius right away so I think i'll stay at home. Remus will be there as well so hopefully i'll have some company." Alia replied with a kind smile.

"Of course. Well good luck and I hope you find him soon. If you need anything and I mean ANYTHING, just let us know." Molly gave her a kind smile.

"Thank you Molly, it really means a lot. And thank you for having me and Elenie for these past few weeks, it was really kind of you." Alia told her sincerely.

"Anytime Alia, see you soon." Molly gave Alia's shoulder a quick squeeze and made her way off of the platform with Arthur following behind.

As people had started to disappear, Alia decided it was time to make her way back to her home just outside of Godric's Hollow. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, apparating to her house. She smiled as she finally landed in the Kitchen, taking in the familiarity of her home. It had been a while since she had actually stayed at home.

She sat down at the Kitchen table and conjured a piece of parchment and a quill. Her search for Sirius had to start at some point and she had decided that the sooner she found him the better.

'Dear Padfoot,

I know that you told me not to try and find you but i've decided to make it my mission this year.

I've thought of a few places that you could stay that would mean that you are undetected, but I have a feeling that you will disagree to most of them and especially one of them. But I think it's genius and the best place for you to hide out whilst we clear your name.

Would you like to hear my suggestions?

All my love, your wife, Alia'

Alia sealed the letter, and handed it to her Owl. She then stood to open the window, watching as the Owl soared over the houses and far in to the distance. Hopefully it would reach Sirius soon so that she could make a move. But for now, it was just a waiting game.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It was the next morning until Alia received a reply from Sirius. She had expected to be waiting to hear from him for longer but this was great. It was a step in the right direction to getting her husband back. They could be a family again.

'Dearest Alia,

You are such a stubborn woman Mrs Black! But if you really insist, I'm east, near a muggle town called Tenderton.

I'm intrigued to know what your ideas are. I think I can guess that one is Grimmauld Place, which would be a fantastic idea if I didn't hate the place. But if i'm forced to go there, I suppose i'll have to suck it up. Please don't look for long Alia, otherwise I'll come to you. It's cold out here and I'm just going to worry about you.

I hope Elenie and Harry got off to Hogwarts okay, I have a bad feeling about this year and I have a feeling it's to do with this Triwizard tournament. Dumbledore's barking mad if he thinks that it's going to go off without a hitch.

I have a bad feeling about Igor Karkaroff Ally. He's an ex death eater and the headmaster of Durmstrang school, I think he's one that needs to watched. But that's not up to you, as long as he doesn't go after my daughter or god son. Watch out for any signs of trouble from Harry or Elenie and let me know immediately.

I hope to see you soon, all my love,
Padfoot x

Alia rolled her eyes at the letter. Typical Sirius being weary about people. He was the type of person to never trust anyone until they had proved themselves to him, which could only be a good thing at times.

He was very like his Mother in the fact that he wasn't quick to trust someone, but Alia would never tell him that. He'd be repulsed by the very thought of it.

Alia quickly got ready and decided to try and look for Sirius in the Muggle Village that he had mentioned in his letter. She closed her eyes, apparating to Tenderton and her search immediately began.

Tenderton was a very small village with not many people around and it seemed extremely quiet. Even in the middle of the day, not many people were walking down the main shopping area of the village and it seemed very odd to Alia. It was surrounded by large mountains and rolling hills making it a breathtaking area. How did not many people know about this place?

Alia began her search in the mountains, looking out for any footprints and occasionally calling 'Padfoot' every so often. But she had no luck.

After around five hours of searching the village and the surrounding mountains and hills there was no sign of Sirius and Alia was beginning to grow tired and her spirits had lowered. She returned home after losing hope and sat down at the Kitchen table defeated.

This was going to be more difficult than she had originally thought.
