Chapter 36

- George -

George let out a sigh as he stood behind the counter in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. Elenie had been missing now for five months and the order were no closer to getting her back. They didn't even know where she was so he couldn't even attempt to save her if he could.

"Hey are you ready to go?" George's elder brother Charlie asked from where he stood in the doorway carrying the last box. Since Dumbledore died the wizarding world had turned into chaos and he and Fred had had to take the decision to close the shop until things were better. Sales had gone down over the past few months and hardly anybody ever visited the shop as people were afraid to leave their house's. Not to mention their mother had been fretting about them being in the shop everyday as she wanted them to be at home with them.

"Yeah sure." George sighed, he locked the till and followed Charlie out of the door.

"She's going to come home George, I know it seems like she won't but she will." Charlie told him with a small smile.

"Who are you talking about?" A familiar voice spoke from behind George.

"Celia." George rolled his eye's as he turned around.

"Hi George, it's good to see you again." Celia smiled.

"I can't really say the same." He replied distastefully.

"Who were you talking about before?" She asked.

"George's girlfriend Elenie, she's been missing for five months after she was taken by Death Eaters from Hogwarts." Charlie explained.

"Oh i'm so sorry I had no idea! If you need any help looking for her you know where I am." Celia gave George a flirty smile.

"We're okay thanks, you've always had it in for her. Why are you being so nice all of a sudden?" George asked her suspiciously.

"I just want to help you George I know you love Elenor." Celia shrugged.

"How do you know her full name?" Charlie asked. George looked at him and then realised that she had said Elenor, and she said Elenor that day when they met at Kings Cross Station.

"That's a good question actually Charlie. How do you know Elenie's actual name?" George quizzed Celia.

"W-Well it's quite plain that her name was shortened from Elenor to Elenie." Celia shrugged.

"No it isn't, she was called that by her Dad when she was a baby and that's why she's called Elenie. What do you know about her? Do you know where she is?" George asked her, suddenly becoming very suspicious.

"So what if I do George? You'll never find her." Celia shrugged.

"Harry told us that it was a girl death eater who took her from the astronomy tower that night. W-Was it you? Are you a death eater?" George took a step back from her. It made sense now, the warnings from both Celia and Draco, they did mean something. Voldemort had been watching Elenie and Celia and Draco knew about it. 

"Well well, you aren't as dumb as you look are you George? Yes it was me and i've been having fun torturing your girlfriend since I kidnapped her to take her to the Dark Lord." Celia grinned, leaning against the wall.

"Don't you dare touch a hair on her head! I can't believe this!" George cried, raising his wand and pointing it at her.

"I'll carry on as I please as it's the Dark Lord's wishes. I told you you'd picked the wrong girl George. I'd hurry she's slowly dying." Celia sang as she walked away.

"How dare you!" George yelled after her, going to attack her before Charlie stopped him. 

"She's not worth it George, come on let's go home and talk to Alia about it, she'll know what to do." Charlie told him. George nodded and apparated back to the Burrow; when he arrived back he couldn't stop thinking about how he hadn't realised Celia was a Death Eater. It made complete and utter sense now! How Cornelia had been transferred from Beauxbatons to Hogwarts when Reginald Applewood started working for the Ministry; that wasn't the reason, it was because the family had started following Voldemort!
