"Because we're friends...?" She said, slowly.

"Well, then I can go." He said, rudely inviting himself. Tabitha looked at him, trying not to get irritated. But, it was kinda too late for that.

"We want to be away from you." She murmured.

"Y-yeah..." Roland agreed, quietly. Lionel growled at Roland, irritated. He couldn't believe that his mate was betraying him, and for another guy! He was stronger, and more handsome than Roland could ever IMAGINE being. So, why did she want to be with that guy, instead of him? "I'll see you later, Lionel." She said, walking away with Roland.

. . .

"Phew...He's SUPER scary..." Roland said, raising his eyebrows.

"Yeah, I know. He got super upset when he said he wasn't going." She said, sitting down at Golden McBurger.

"Yeah! And I thought he was going to KILL me..." Roland said, nervously biting into his burger.

"I wouldn't let happen to you." She said, defensively.

"Awh, well thanks." He said, smiling genuinely.

They sat and talked about everything that came into their minds. Being so close, that meant that they were in Golden McBurger for a long time. When it was time to go, Tabitha stood up.

"Welp, I'm gonna go home. I need to get some homework done..." She said, cleaning up her place.

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow then..." He said, sadly.

"Bye-bye, Roland." She said, grinning sadly. With that, she walked out of Golden McBurger, tired. She got in her car and drove home, turning the radio on.

Close enough to start a war
All that I heard, is on the floor.
God only knows what you're fighting for,
All that I say, you always saw more.

I can't keep up with your turning tables,
Under your thumb I can't breathe.
(Adele-Turning Tables)

Tabitha turned the radio down, depressed by the song. She pulled into her driveway, and trudged into her house.

"Hey, Mom." She moaned, walking into her room.

When she got to her room, she flopped onto her bed, beginning to relax.

"Um...Babe, I love you and all...But, get up..." A voice said, from under her.

Tabitha yelped, hopping off of the hooded figure. She looked behind herself, to find Lionel, lying on her bed, with a stupefied grin plastered upon his face.

"Lionel?" She said, in disbelief.

"Yah?" He asked, putting his hands behind his head.

"Why are you in my room?" She asked, arching her eyebrows.

"Because you wouldn't let me go with you earlier today, so my wolf and I missed you TERRIBLY." He said, getting up to walk towards her.

"Um...Lionel, I'm exhausted..." Tabitha said, uneasily.

"Then, let me sleep with you!! He said, smiling.

"No..." She replied, taking her shirt off.

"You're making me want to disobey you on that rule..." He sa9d, licking his lips seductively.

"I'm taking my shirt off because you need to go, and I'm exhausted."

"I'm going to stay right here." Lionel said, climbing into her bed. He chuckled, almost as if he were mocking her.

"Grr...Whatever.." She said, jumping into her bed. She curled into a ball under her covers, and began to fall asleep. Before she passed out, a pair of hands wrapped around her stomach, and tightened slightly. Instead of freaking out, she relaxed, and soon fell asleep.

The next morning, Tabitha woke up, and tried to go to the bathroom to get ready. But, Lionel tightened his grip around her. "Where do you think you're going?" He asked, groggily.

"The bathroom?" She said, in the form of a question.

"You're okay. Just wait a bit...I wanna hold you." He said, groaning in her ear.

She moaned, hearing every grumble and inflection of his voice.

"Do you know how crazy you make my wolf? INSANE." He said, trailing his fingers all over her body.

He sent shivers up and down her spine, making her realize that he knew what he was doing, which posed the question, "Where'd he learn to be so good?" That thought disintegrated in her mind when Lionel growled sexily into her ear, pushing all thoughts to the back of her mind.

"I need you..." Lionel moaned, sincere.

This brought her back to her thoughts. What are you doing?, she thought. "Lionel...I don't know about all of thiss..." Tabitha said, nervously.

"I-it's okay, Sweetheart...Another time then.." He said, slowly. She could tell he was irritated.

"I'm sorry...I just...got scared." She explained.

"We'll try again another time. But, my gentle policy ends today. After that, good luck with the immense pain and pleasure werewolf sex gives you." He said, smiling evily.

"No, wait! We can do it if you really want." She offered, scared of pain policy.

"Too late now. I'm no longer 'in the mood'..." He reasoned, slyly.

Tabitha looked at him, frightened by his warning.

"Go ahead, get ready for school." Lionel said, laughing at her speechlessness.

"I'm going..." She replied, walking into the bathroom. She brushed her teeth, washed her face, and walked back into her room, to find Lionel; gone.
