When I Met You

Chapter 3

Laila's POV

Draco found me again. I haven't seen him in so long!

I never thought that Draco would actually sing to me. When he started to sing the memories rushed through. Him singing was something beautiful.

I then hugged him that made both of us fall to the ground with me on top.

When me and him got back on our feet Pansy got a bit upset. "I hope that you know that me and Drakie are boyfriend and girlfriend so you better not get any ideas!" Said Pansy rudely wrapping her arms around Draco.

My heart slightly dropped. Then hope came back when he pryed her off of him. "Don't listen to her she's delusional." Said Draco quickly after that.

I then noticed the dark mark on Draco's wrist when his sleeve slightly rolled up. Draco then noticed me staring at it and quickly pulled his sleeve down.

We spent a time talking about things when we realized that everyone else went to bed and we were the only two left.

"Did you want to?" "Want to what?" Asked Draco confused. "Did you want to become a deatheater?" I asked hoping for him not to get mad for asking. "No of course not." Said Draco in a sad voice looking at the ground.

"I was forced by my father to become a deatheater. I was forced to kill people ....I'm a monster; everyone says so." Said Draco letting a few tears fall.

My instinct was to hold his hand and assure that it was okay. "Severus tricked me into using the unforgivable curses." I said quietly.

"What?! Why?!" Said Draco shocked from hearing that. "He said that the Dark Lord wanted to recruit me to be a deatheater but I refused to follow him and that's partly the reason why Severus was killed." I said tearing up.

"I got so angry at myself that I killed two of Voldemort's followers. Deep inside I'm the monster. I heard his voice cheering me on when I killed them! He took over encouraging me to do those things!" I said now sobbing.

Draco didn't say anything but just hugged me and then kissed my forehead. I feel asleep in his arms.

The next morning~

I woke up in the girl's dormitory confused of how I got here. I then realized that Draco carried me up here.

I then got dressed in my robes and headed into the Great hall. When I walked in the whispers started again but I just ignored them.

I then went and sat down with Draco and Blaise. "Hey guys."

"So what classes do you guys have?" I asked curiously.

"I have N.E.W.T.S next period." Said Draco looking back at his schedule. "I have Divination." Said Blaise focused on his food. "Well I guess that me and Blaise have first period together. At least I have someone I know in my class. "

"Don't get your hopes up for divination though she's strange with her predictions. She's always is like I see PAIN in your FUTURE!!" Said Blaise now mimicking her making us all laugh.

Harry than came over looking a bit angry. When he came over the Slytherins started to glare at him. "Laila I need to talk to you." He said looking at me but then glared at Draco and Blaise.

"Umm..... sure" Me and him then walked outside of the Great hall. "What do you want to talk about?"

"I don't want you to go near Malfoy." He said Sternly. "What?"

"Why? There's nothing wrong with him!" I said getting a bit angry. "He's bad news....he is a deatheater for crying out loud!" Said Harry also getting angry.

"I don't care! He's my friend. I get that you are just looking out for me but he's my friend! I've known him since I was ten." I then realized I never told him that we met before.

"You what? You knew him when you were ten! How?!" Asked Harry dumbfounded.

"Severus Snape took care of me and we met eachother at his house anyway Draco is a good person!" I still angry.

"He's just using you!" When he said that I then lost it. "How dare you! He is my friend that I trust. If you don't respect me of the things that I do then leave me alone." After that I went back to sit down with Blaise and Draco.
