When I Met You

Chapter 4

Draco's P.O.V

       When Laila walked back into the grand hall I knew there was something wrong with her. Her face looked angry but also sad.

      "Are you alright Laila?" Asked Blaise taking another piece of toast.  "Yes I'm fine." She said looking at the ground than glanced at Potter angrily.

     "Are you sure?" I asked looking into her eyes. "Yeah." she said looking back at me.

5 hours later~

     I was exhausted and irritated all day. I hate the stares that I'm given during the day. I can feel there stares from behind burning into my soul. I decided I would go to the library to finish an essay for Slughorn's class.

   I then spotted Laila reading a book at a table between the bookshelf  where people don't go . She looked peaceful reading her book. I could look at her all day without getting tired of it.

      She then spotted me and called me over. "What are doing?" "Well...I'm trying to finish the essay we have for Professor Slughorn." She said in a bored tone.

    "I'm also working on my essay. Would you like to work together on the essay? I understand if you don...."

     "I'd like that." She said giving me a light smile. It was amazing working with her. We managed to finish the project but we also started to hang out and talk.

    "Are you hungry for a snack?" Asked Laila closing her book. "Yeah you wanna go get something to snack on."

   "No need." Said Laila with the flick of her wand a small bowl of green grapes appeared. "I hope you like grapes." She said grabbing one and popping it into her mouth.

"It's fine. I like grapes." I said going to grab a grape but my hand touched her's when she reached. We were both hesitant so I moved real quick.

"Do you want to play a game?" She said grabbing the bowl of grapes. "Sure but what's the game?"

"I toss the grape and you have to catch it in your mouth and you can't miss it." Said Laila grabbing a grape. " alright then."

She lightly tossed the grape and I moved my head fowards and I caught it. She then handed me the bowl and it was her turn now.

I lightly threw the grape and she didn't even have to move since it just landed in her mouth which made her giggle.

"Okay my turn." She said taking the bowl from my grip. She picked up a grape and threw it towards me and it hit my nose and fell to the ground.

She then started to laugh. "Oh my I hit your nose!" She said giggling even more. I also joined in on the laughter. It was my turn now and my turn to get her back.

I grabbed a few grapes instead of one. I then threw all four of the grapes making her look at me in shock. "Ahh! You!" She said shocked and laughter.

"You better run!" She said standing up with her things and making the grapes disappear. I decided I should run so I grabbed my things and darted out the door with her following me.

She was surprisingly fast. I decided I would hide behind a statue in the hall. I peeked to see her looking for me. She was right infront of the statue so I grabbed her by the waist and pulled her towards me.

She shrieked in shock when I grabbed her. "You bloody scared me!" She said playfully hitting my arm. I then realized I still had my hands on her waist.

She also noticed and started blushing like crazy. Her eyes sparkled more than ever. I then leaned in and so did she and then .....
