Chapter 25

Rowena's POV

"What are you doing to me!" I screamed at them.

"You're going to be my little minion. I control you now."Mary said cruelly.

"When I say bow. You bow." She snarled at me.

I didn't bow.

"Bow!" She screeched.

I screamed.

My spine and back betrayed me.

I bowed down before her.

"Perfect." She purred.

"When you wake. You will not say a word." She ordered.

Silence.

Then I said something I never expected to say.

"Yes Master."

Autmn's POV

"Ok. That's it. We have everything." I said to Adam.

"Let's go then." Adam replied.

We started walking side by side with a large distance between us.

"I like this. You know me,you just walking." Adam said.

"Yeah. It's peaceful." I replied.

Then he laughed.

"What?" I asked him confused.

"I remembered the time it was this quiet. You broke the silence because you..." Adam said between giggles.

"If you wanna see the sun. Don't finish that sentence." i warned him.

Then we both started laughing uncontrallably.

I was fully awared that the distance between us was gone and we were walking waaaay to close to each other.

I suddenly tripped on a stone and Adam caught me.

Then we were gazing at each other.

"Thanks." I whispered.

Then cold hands snaked around my waist and pulled me down.

"Ouch!" I cried.

A Dark sider slashed my legs.

The ghost was about to suck out my life when Adam jabbed it with a ghost torch.

I quickly got up and grabbed a ghost torch and stood beside Adam.

We stood back to back.

"Ready?" He asked me.

"Always." I replied.

Then we charged at the ghosts.

I slashed and jabbed them one by one.

Then I looked over to Adam.

He wasn't doing good.

His ghost torch was not in his hand anymore.

And the ghosts were surrounding him quicky.

"Get away from him!" I shouted.

Then I made some ice crystals.

"Adam,Now!" I shouted at him.

He quickly understood.

He levitated some crystals and got his bow.

Then he started firing at them.

I smiled and continued to fight.

Two ghosts grabbed me side by side and pinned me down.

Then another ghost came and started beating the crap out of me.

He started slashing me with his nails.

That's when he wiped my blood and licked it.

"Eeew." I said.

Then he started to suck the life out of me.

I screamed.

"Stop!!!!!" I screamed.

It hurts.

I looked over to Adam.

"Autmn!" He cried.

He couldn't get to me cause he too was having trouble.

Then by some miracle I could feel myself getting stronger.

"You can do it." A voice whispered.

Drew.

Then I willed myself to make ice.

Here it goes.

I imagined it curling around them then exploding into nothing.

I screamed.

Then it happened.

They were all wrapped around in one cocoon.

"Break." I whispered.

Then it exploded.

"Autmn!" Adam ran to me.

"You're eyes,they changed." He said.

"Yeah. So did yours." I said to him.

Then my knees gave out.

"Whoa." He said holding me upright.

"You ok?" He asked.

"I dunno." I replied sheepishly.

That's when he carried me.

"Uhh thanks." I said blushing.

"No prob." He said.

"I'll text the others." I declared.

"Sure." He replied.

"Guys.Come back to school. We're all set." I texted them.

"Sleep. You need it. It's still a long walk." Adam said.

"No." I protested.

But my eyelids betrayed me.

I immediately curled in a ball and rested my head againts Adam's chest.

"Thanks." I said to him.

"Good night." He whispered.
