"Leigh-Anne! Come play with us!" Prodigy yelled outside of Leigh-Anne's bedroom door a few days later.
"Yah Leigh-Anne! We're bored!" Roc Royal screamed.
"You always in here these days . . . We know this Jesy person not real!" Prod screamed.
"Yeah we know you hate us!" Roc Royal yelled.
Leigh-Anne was showing Jesy how to read and write a little. She couldn't believe that Jesy had never been to school. Even though Leigh-Anne was only six she had been skipped all the way to third grade in her primary school and so was pretty decent at reading and writing. She had tried to pass on the little she knew to the younger ones. She learned that Jesy was her age and even a few months older than her but never got the opportunity to go to school.
"Why are they yelling so much?" Jesy asked cringing. She looked angry.
Leigh-Anne sighed. "They think I don't like them any more . . . They don't believe that you're real."
Jesy groaned. "Are you going to leave to play with them?" She asked a bit possessively.
Leigh-Anne was starting to notice that Jesy was very possessive and seemed very angry whenever someone called her downstairs after she already came back up. It was a bit alarming how angry she would look. "N-no . . . I think we should try to improve your reading."
"Leigh-Anne! Leigh-Anne! Leigh-Anne!" Roc Royal cried.
"If you hate us just come out and say it! Don't just stay in there with your imaginary friend!" Prodigy yelled.
Jesy growled, like a literal growl. Leigh-Anne's eyes widened. "FOR YOUR INFORMATION YOU F****** RETARDS I AM REAL. NOW F*** OFF AND LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!" Jesy screamed suddenly, her face becoming red.
"Roc that didn't sound like Leigh-Anne!" Prodigy screamed in fright.
"Let's go man!" Roc Royal yelled before they both ran down the stairs.
"Hey there's Perrie in the kitchen . . . maybe she wants to play with us." Prodigy pointed to where Perrie was sitting on the table. She had a notebook writing in. While she wrote she spoke softly to her pen.
"Hey Perrie do you wanna play with us?" Roc Royal asked her.
Perrie looked up from her book. "Sorry . . . Butch and I have to write Jade is a genius seventy times into this notebook before I play anything. If I'm not done when Jade is back she'll beat me up." Perrie said. "Isn't that right Butch? Jade will beat me up?" She spoke to her pen.
Prodigy and Roc Royal shared a look. "Perrie why you so weird?" Prodigy asked.
"Yeah we asked Leigh-Anne if pens and stuff could talk and she said no." Roc Royal added nodding.
"Cookies." Perrie said randomly. She continued to write sometimes stopping to listen to Butch's funny stories.
The two boys left to go sit on the old couch.
"Man Roc . . . we lost all of our friends." Prodigy said sadly. Ray Ray was always out with Princeton, Perrie was always out with Jade, and Leigh-Anne was always in her room with Jesy.
"Yeah man it's not fair . . . everyone used to love us . . . but then Jade and Princeton and Jesy came and ruined it." Roc Royal said.
Prodigy shrugged. "Yeah Roc everyone hates us. Maybe we should ask Ray Ray to hang out with us when he and Princeton come back."
"Nah man he'd just call us dumb. He only wants to be with Princeton who's all smart and stuff." Roc Royal said.
Prodigy had an idea. "Hey Roc . . . what if we ran away?" He said excitedly. "If we leave then they'd miss us and come after us. Then they'd never take us for . . . uh . . . gratitude ever again."
