Ray Ray was pacing the room that he and Princeton shared. "I can't believe it." He kept repeating over and over again. "I can't believe it."

"Come on man don't lose hope." Princeton said watching him from his bed.

It was a week after they were robbed of most of their cash.  They weren't getting much from street performances or pickpocketing.  And to add to all of that the dumb crack head hadn't come to drop off supplies for the month.  She was due by now.  The little she brought usually saved them from going hungry when things got rough.

Ray Ray was panicking. "We need to do something.  Soon we'll have to use our emergency funds.  The food is already starting to dwindle . . . in three more weeks we won't have toothpaste, soap or toilet paper either . . . Leigh-Anne will freak out.  She likes things with some form of cleanliness." He said as he continued to pace.

"I think we should set up a ration plan." Princeton suggested. "make sure everyone uses only what they need since we won't be able to buy more for a while . . ."

"We're already rationing food Princeton.  In case you haven't notice no one in this house 'snacks'. We have three miserable meals a day and when we're lucky the meals may become decent.  How do we ration any more than that?"

Princeton shrugged sadly.  "I don't know man.  I really hope miss Channing comes soon . . . kids need nutrition.  We could end up being sick."

Ray Ray gulped. "I know man.  Malnutrition is not cool."

"We should take stalk of everything and explain the situation to the others so they know not to waste." Princeton said.

Ray Ray groaned. "No one wastes anything around here man!" He shook his head. "But I guess we should give them the heads up."

The next morning instead of leaving in search of money Ray Ray and Princeton called a house meeting.  They stood looking on at the other children with their hands behind their backs.  There were five of them here in total.

Prodigy and Roc Royal looked confused and sleepy as it was only five a.m. Perrie was cranky as she got every time she was awakened-especially early.  Leigh-Anne looked alert and ready to listen to what they had to say.  And Jade looked irritated and was questioning herself on why she actually came down.  She groaned remembering that it was because Leigh-Anne had come up and asked her to after she had cursed both Ray Ray and Princeton off.

Jesy was the only kid not present and Leigh-Anne had said that Jesy was unable to leave their room and that she would relay all important information to the girl.

"Okay so we have gathered you all here because we have a slight problem." Ray Ray started as calmly as he could.  "You see," He continued, "we've been having a little trouble generating cash lately . . . so we need everyone to be careful with how they use things so that they last."

"We're not sure when we'll get back on track with our . . . um supplies so until further notice these are some rules that need to be kept." Princeton started pulling out a piece of paper with a list of rules from his pocket.  He cleared his throat. "Firstly, no one is allowed to use more than six squares of toilet paper a day . . . If more is needed you have to ask me Ray or Leigh-Anne before hand and present a suitable reason -for example if you're sick or something . . . and we'll use our discretion to see how much more you'd be allowed. "

"Secondly," Ray continued reading over Princeton's shoulder, "Everyone is only allowed to brush their teeth twice a day.  If I find out you brushed more, I will administer punishments" He glared at Roc Royal who'd seemed to have adapted Leigh-Anne's disgusting cleanliness. "And only toothpaste of exactly a pea size can be used each time. Use more and I'll have to knock you out."  He eyed each of them in turn settling on Leigh-Anne.  She was always asking for extra toothpaste. "In addition to that, each bathroom is only allowed the tube of toothpaste currently in it for the month.  So use it wisely."
