Draw The Line

A/N: Hello everyone, so this OneShot that I can be used for anybody really (: I was singing one of my favorite disciple songs to myself and wrote this. i actualy wrote down just  alittle bit of it at first cause I was in churc service but anyway I might do a following OneShot for it (: if I i find the perfect song. Love you my little PandaBears.

"Draw the Line"

//Another crash, another fall, another failure

Another choice I don't want to remember//

He sat there with his head in hands, thinking back to the choices he’d made that had gotten him here. That had lost her.

//Been here too many times

Every day's another fight//

She had tears prickling her eyes as she thought about they’re last fight, the worst one yet. The last time he’d ignored her. She couldn’t take it anymore.

//I'm at war with the person I could be

Give me a chance and I'll mess up a good thing//

He had tears in his eyes as he thought of their last moment together; it was all good-no not good it was perfect, it felt so right. Until he messed up again.

//But this is where it ends

Yeah, this is where it ends//

She sat up and pulled her laptop over to her opening it she silently prayed as she pulled up everything about them.

//This is where I draw the line//

The music played as she deleted all the stories about them, all their conversations.

//This is the where the old me dies//

Tears streamed down her face as she looked one last time at her favorite picture of them together before clicking delete and shutting her laptop bowing her head.

//Light a match, let it burn, kiss it goodbye,

Giving up what I was//

She prayed- I’m ready Lord, I’m moving on, saying goodbye. Lead me where you want me to go. I’ve drawn the line I’m letting go. I’m a new person now.

//This is where I draw the line//

He picked his head up staring up at the open sky, and started praying.

//Another battle I've lost fighting solo

How many times must I learn what I already know?//

How many times Lord? I guess only I can answer that. How many times can I mess things up with her? I’ll stop fighting alone lord. Io just wants things to work.

//Can't do this on my own

I wasn't meant to fight alone

So I'm lifting my hands in surrender//

Change me Lord make me better. I can’t do this anymore I can’t keep hurting her I can’t do this on my own.

//Take my faults and my flaws, make me better

Cause this is where I end

Right where you begin//

This is where you take over Lord, this is where you interfere. They both spoke quietly sitting alone tears running down their faces.

I’ll put you first again Lord I trust you and if moving on is what you have in your plans for me I’m ready Lord. She prayed getting up and grabbing her already packed bag.

I’m yours Lord. I’m ready to make things work with her. With your help. You the center again Lord. Lead me. He prayed to his Father as he closed his eyes lifting his tear streaked face to the skies once more.

This is where I draw the line//

He arrived at her door in time to see the car pull away her tear stained face in the window watching him as she disappeared around the corner. He was too late. But either both could do was trust in the Lord and get their lives back hoping that one day they’re paths would cross.
