The gray doors opened revealing the sleek new Stealth Wing. It's outer body coated in black graphene, which, created by a diamond nano-cousin, is one of the hardest materials known to man. The windshield was a one-way window; a person inside could see out, but no one could see in. Weapons on the ship were minimal, creating a lighter craft, increasing its speed and making it easier for the cloaking device to operate correctly. The only weapons were two plasma rapid fire units.

The group stared in awe at how beautiful it looked. Its sleek design allowed it to absorb light without casting reflections. The scientists at the MET ( Military Enforcement Technologies) had been working on creating a layer of material that would absorb light for three years now. They had finally done it, and were ready to mass produce as soon the SNF called for it. Just seeing one of the Stealth Wings was a great privilege.

General Niko rolled it out of the hanger, resting it in front of the team. He climbed out from a side door in the ship, stepping down the stairs that doubled as a door.
"Here it is, the first Stealth Wing ever. A beauty, isn't she?" Ryder walked towards the majestic Stealth Wing, lightly touching its soft, smooth outer finish. "Wow. It's just amazing! Look at the design that was put into this." Slowly everyone followed his example, walking forward and running their hands down the side. It was unlike anything Samuel had felt before - so smooth and light as if touching feathers but with the strength of steel. They whispered to themselves how amazing and beautiful it was for a good two minutes until Niko finally spoke. "Alright! Enough gawking at it. Keep your priorities in focus and let's load up!"

A few minutes later they were all inside and buckled in. Samuel chose a seat next to a window so that he could look out at all the stars. He didn't know why, but the universe had always been of interest to him. Whenever he was outside at night, he would look up and stare at the stars and distant planets. Soon after he had sat down, Adalyn walked in and took a seat next to him. He enjoyed her company; she was friendly and had a bright spirit. Not to mention how beautiful he thought she was. "Hey, Samuel." She said as she sat down and buckled her seat belt. "Hey, Adalyn." He smiled warmly. She looked at him and smiled back. Everyone had changed into their lightweight battle uniforms: a leather jacket with protective sheeting in between each layer of fabric, a grey long sleeve shirt and a tight body armor shirt. They also wore black and grey Kevlar pants with nylon and wool lining on the inside.

The Stealth Wing suddenly started to lift off from the ground without warning. The engine was so quiet that none of them had heard it. Some of them gasped as they felt it lift off. Samuel looked over at Adalyn, her hands were lightly shaking with her eyes closed. He could sense that she was nervous. "Everything okay?" She quickly opened her eyes and looked straight into his. It only lasted a second as she soon turned her head away. But, in that moment, Samuel could see that she was in fact frightened. She whispered in a soft voice. "Don't tell the others. I'm scared." Samuel reached over and held her hand. "Don't worry, I'm sure everything will go fine." She closed her eyes again, leaning her head against the headrest. Samuel turned his head and leaned against the window, staring aimlessly out into space. He still held Adalyn's hand to comfort her, and he could tell something else was bothering her. If only he knew what it was.

Samuel had been enjoying looking outside from the Stealth Wings window. It had been relaxing watching the stars fly past in the distance. On their way, they had also passed Arcathin, the red mining planet whose city was partially destroyed by the attack and was in the process of being rebuilt. He turned his head away from the window and looked around inside. Most of the team, including Adalyn, had fallen asleep a while ago, getting some rest before they attempted to rescue Aiden. Samuel looked at Adalyn with a concerned look on his face. While he was staring outside, he had been thinking, "what could be bothering her?" He leaned back against the window, closing his eyes.
