Aiden ran down the hallway, quickly searching the rooms on either side. It had been almost a day since he contacted Samuel asking for help. The Galkara had been searching for him non-stop ever since. Occasionally one or more of the Galkarian soldiers would see him, he would then have to dispose of them as quickly as possible before they set off an alarm. His clone had become extremely useful, once when he was spotted, he mind jumped to his clone, which was better armored, and was able to over power the soldiers with much ease. His clone by itself however made poor choices and was not a good fighter.
He pushed open a door on his right. Inside, the walls were lined with huge vats, ten on each side, in the middle of the room was a raised platform with stairs leading up to it. Aiden cautiously approached the platform, Galkarian voices could be heard right above the stairs, quiet voices, as if they expected something.
The Galkarian people talked in numerous pitches ranging from low to extremely high, they would occasionally make a weird clicking noise as well. Another voice was heard, replying to what the other had said. Again a series of clicks and high and low pitches were made. Aiden could hardly understand, but living with them for so long enabled him to make some of it out. They don't know where I am, that's a good thing. At that moment, the door behind him flung open, revealing a group of seven Galkarian soldiers leading a human. He quickly ran forward and hid under the stairs, his clone following behind.
Five of them were dressed in purple and red robes, laced with orange around the neckline, silver belts wrapped around their waists, and a black sheath holding a sword rested on their backs. Assassins, I've only seen them one other time while on a patrol with razor unit. Only barely managing to escape them, only I and Winston got away without severe injuries. The assassins had snuck up on Aiden and his team, ambushing them from behind. They were masters at sword fighting, unmatched by any. Their swords were made by a mix hardened plasma and rock, only found on their home planet, they were then sharpened to a razor edge. The plasma was able to heat up if need be, by a small switch in the side of the weapon, hot enough to melt your skin, letting the blade slip through flesh like a hot knife on butter.

Curtis was cut across his chest and both arms, each leaving gaping wounds with singed blood staining his clothes. The tech, whose name was Levi, had been slashed across his face and stomach.
Nearly escaping death, they arrived back to base, rescued by patrol Stingray, they had heard the skirmish taking place and instantly ran over to help. The assassins they fought had escaped, never seen again by Aiden or his team. Later on, Razor unit was passed on with new members taking the wounded veterans places, Aiden stepped down from Razor unit as well. The assassins walked to the edge of the stairs then stopped. Again, a series of low and high pitched sounds mixed in with clicking noises. The human was in chains, deep scars shone on his face, two across his cheek and one down his arm. Other various scratches and cuts were scattered up and down his arms and chest. He wore no shirt, only pants and a pair of shoes. The Galkara continued talking.
Aiden closed his eyes, focusing on the colors. I'll mind jump and run out, distracting them from where I'm hiding. The colors flowed like an endless sea, transporting his mind into his clone. He opened his eyes, seeing himself with eyes closed crouched under the stairs. Unlatching his energy pistol, he charged out and ran at the assassins, pulling out his knife simultaneously.
The human, surprised to see him, jumped back in shock, never expecting an attack on his guards. Aiden had a few more steps to go before reaching the assassins. They unsheathed their swords ready for an attack. He dove to one side hiding behind one of the large pillars.
Aiden saw his chance, quickly turning out from his hiding place, he fired ten quick and well aimed shots at the assassins. They blocked the beams of plasma effortlessly, simply raising their swords in a series of movements, all in unison. He dove behind another pillar and closed his eyes. The colors came flooding back, almost knocking him to the ground. Ahh! It gets worse every time, squeezing my head as if it's going to explode.
He opened his eyes, noticing that he had transferred over to his real body, quickly scanning the area he moved out from under the stairs and over to the guarded human. The assassins were now surrounding the pillar behind the platform, out of sight and unable to see what he was doing. The two Gkarian guards raised their weapons, holding their hands out, signaling him to stop. Aiden made quick work of them by drawing two pistols and in a split second, fired two shots, each striking home square in the guards chests. They crumpled over, dead and bleeding, slowly forming pools of blood upon the floor.
