My Thoughts: I'm guessing this is a human, so: I do like the character's traits, but the parents leaving her thing is a bit cliche, I've noticed. I think for this character maybe something more dramatic, like they absolutely had to abandon her for some strange reason. Other than that, with the information given, Flame seems to be a fairly well developed character.
Mary Sue?: I don't believe so!
