Son of Tartarus

Rachel goes all green and other stuff happens

  After my talk with Zeus, I went to breakfast, but I couldn't stop seeing Rachel. I was told that she would give me a prophecy. I stared at her for very long.
  Then, breakfast finished and I went to talk to her to her cave, that way, we would be alone. We were not. Jay and Tina followed.
  At the hill, I saw that Jay and Tina were behind me, and I told them more or less what was going on.
"Zeus?" Jay asked
-"Yes" I said
-"And you thought Jupiter told you to wake up?" Tina asked trying to contain a laugh
-"Yes" I said
-"Hahaha, that would be so stupid" she said
-"Yes, I know" I said
Then, we stood in front of Rachel's cave. I told Jay and Tina to wait outside.
I entered the cave and right there in the middle of the room there was Rachel Elizabeth Dare, the Oracle of Delphi.
"Hi, mm I was told to come here" I said nervously
-"By whom?" She asked politely
-"Ahh doesn't matter. Anyway I was told you should give me a prophecy. Can you?"
-"Only if you are going on a quest? Are you?"
-"I - I think so"
-"Very well, let me see if the Oracle of Delphi has anything for you"
Suddenly green smoke started floating everywhere. Then I noticed that it was coming from Rachel's eyes, mouth, hands and well, everywhere.
Just when I thought it couldn't get more terrifying, she started speaking, but not with her normal voice, this time she spoke with a voice that seemed, shattered and distant, and although far away from human, it sounded feminine, but really old.
Then I noticed that what she was saying was a prophecy. It sounded like this one.

"Five shall go to the river goddess
To face an enemy flawless
And while the task shall be completed
A loved one shall be deleted"

But that wasn't it. After that, a different voice echoed through the cave. Then I realised it was Zeus'.
"Very well young demigod. You are now officially in your quest to help me. There is no turning back, not only because you Styx promised, or because if the Styx promise doesn't kill you I will, also because that prophecy was so important that now all of Apollo's powers of prophecy are useless. That prophecy drained him. I'll take care of that though, I'll just blame him. Now my part of the bargain, your father is the very same, primordial, Tartarus. Any questions?"
I had so many I didn't know what to choose. Then I just did.
"Can I tell somebody about this quest?" I asked
-"No, only to the four who shall come with you, but you must make them promise not to tell."
-"Yes, master Zeus, thank you"
That was a relief since I already told Tina and Jay about it. Of course I didn't tell Zeus that.

......

Then Rachel went back to normal, and for a second I thought she might know now what was going on and since I didn't want to get zapped by lightning or to take Rachel into ... Wherever we were going, so I pushed my luck.
"So Rachel, any ahh comments?"
-"I'm sorry, the spirit of Delphi didn't let me hear the prophecy, it does that sometimes, so O can't try to explain it for you although I doubt I would be able to"
-"Ok" I said trying to contain my relief.

...

  Later, I went to Chiron to tell him that I needed to go on a quest with other four.
"Quest? Four more? No. You need a prophecy to go on a quest, a reason to go on a quest and only two other demigods." Chiron demanded
-"But I already have those, Rachel said a prophecy which clearly stated that I need five demigods"
-"All right, let me speak to her"
  After a while Chiron came to me to tell me I could go the next day, and that I needed to pack some ambrosia.

....

  At the campfire that night, I remembered that Zeus said I was a son of Tartarus, so I went to Chiron to tell him.
"And how do you know who you are? You must be wrong, Tartarus doesn't have children."
-"I- uhh- well- he claimed me" I lied
-"This is wrong, very wrong. I am going to call your mother. "
  I went to sit with the Hermes kids. Harry and I talked for a little while. Then Chiron came back in the middle of a campfire song and yelled.
"Nathan Foramen-" (with that last word everybody in the camp, mostly Malcom and his siblings, gasped and turned all pale) "- You must choose four for your quest"
All eyes turned on me
-"Alright, umm Tina Cade, Jay Pots, and umm Harry Rouge, aaand er, Shaggy O'Donnel" I said
-"Was it that hard to name the five people who you know in all camp? Harry asked.
-"Shut up, Rouge" I said.

...

Later, I told Harry about the quest, and then Shaggy. Jay and Tina already knew, so I let them leave.
