I do not get claimed

After my encounter with the Hecate kid who might have been real, Tina, Jay and I went walking. We stopped at the strawberry fields, since they both agreed it was a beautiful view, even though I would have preferred the hill. At first we were all talking about our future in camp, quests, weapons and other normal demigod stuff. There I learned that Jay has a spear named Sitari, and that Tina has a dagger named Kypello. Both those names they didn't choose, it was written in their weapons already, but they both liked their weapon's name. Jay's spear can turn into a necklace with absolutely nothing on the string, and Tina's dagger can turn into a silver bracelet. Then Jay saw some 'imperfections' on one of the plantations and went to fix it, leaving Tina and I to talk. She is quite funny.
Later, we were called to the campfire by a bell. At first we didn't know what it meant, but then a girl in the strawberry fields, Katie Gardner told us. Our conversation was something like this.
"It means we must go to the campfire of Hestia" Katie said.
-"Thank you... Ah..... Kathryn? Tina asked
-"Katie" She corrected
-"Sorry, I'm pretty bad with names" Tina apologised.
-"It's Okay" She said.
  Then we left.

...

At the fireplace, when I arrived Chiron told us that we were most likely to get claimed. Then he set us off into the grades for cabin number 11, the Hermes cabin. While going there I was so caught into my thoughts I accidentally ran into a woman. She was nearby the campfire, she was wearing a brown sleeveless dress, with long brunette hair. Her eyes though were the best part. Her eyes seemed to be on fire, not like deadly fire, more like welcoming fire. She had a really nice smile too.
"I am sorry, should have looked" I apologised
-"Don't worry my child, I can not get mad at family, after all, that is what matters most"
-"Family, are you family?" I asked nervously
-"Of course, I am Hestia, goddess of the warmth of home" She said
-"I don't mean to offend you but.... You are a goddess? You don't look too... Godly" I commented
-"I prefer the humbleness of a human" She said calmly
-"Oh" I said
-"Now, go with your friends, children of speed, you have to be identified.
With that I went with the my new friends. I sat next to Tina, above Jay, near Harry and down the grades, There was Shaggy too, with a bunch of forest nymphs, druids, and a cloud nymph, who seemed... Pregnant.
At that moment, I couldn't get my eyes of Tina. She was beautiful, and at the light of the fire she seemed to glow. For a moment, I took a look over the daughters of Aphrodite and I noticed that they of no compare against Tina. She was way more pretty.
Over there we sang, Chiron had a short speech and all that stuff, then we were singing again when I noticed everyone was looking at Tina, it wasn't only me. I understood why. She was wearing a bright purple t-shirt with some also bright purple lipstick. Around so many kids wearing orange, it was hard not to spot her. I was sure at that moment that she had to be a kid of Aphrodite. She got everyone's attention, in a camp full of people with ADHD. I was no expert on greek mythology, but she had to be a daughter of beauty. HAD. TO.
And then it happened. While everyone's attention was on Tina, apparently even the gods' attention was on her too, because on the top of her head appeared a goblet with a dark purple drink on it. Wine. Then a glowing purple aura surrounded her.
"She, Tina Cade is a daughter of Dionysus!" Chiron yelled.
Almost instantly a gold sickle with a few sheathes of wheat appeared on his head. An aura of what seemed like gold started to surround him.
"And he, Jay Pots, is the son of Demeter!" Chiron yelled again.
Suddenly a thought came into my mind, and of course it was Jay and Tina:
"No!" Jay yelled
-"I'm fine" I said
-"The bush isn't, I hate it when plants die"
-" I agree" Tina said
Suddenly, that made sense. Then I remembered how Jay and Tina had agreed so easily to go to the strawberry fields, and how Jay started to fix some imperfections in the crops.
I was prepared for a weird glowing thing to appear on my head, or some sort of aura around me. It didn't happen.
When we were leaving, Jay said to me
"I knew it"
-"Everyone did" I told him
Then Tina put on a grumpy face
"Can you believe I'm a daughter of Dionysus? I don't even like wine. I think. I never tried it" she said
Suddenly a voice came from behind us
"I can explain that" it was Chiron
"You see, Dionysus isn't just god of wine, he is god of food and drink and creator of wine, but also, he is god of parties, and he likes to be remarkable, to be the different one, the most noticeable one. Like you" Chiron said
-"Oh" Tina said surprised " and powers do I get?" She continued
-"Well, kids of Dionysus hum?... Well you could control vines, grapes and some other plants, you can make juice out of almost anything and... You could make someone completely mad. You're father is the god of madness. Though, I am not sure. Anyway, demigods get exhausted when using there most powerful powers. I wouldn't recommend trying to make somebody mad, or control vines, but I imagine that you wouldn't get so dizzy by making juice." He answered
-"Cool" Tina said
-"And what do I get?" Jay asked
-"Plant control" Chiron said simply.
Jay didn't answer though he did look disappointed.
"Don't be disappointed kid, you can also... Cook"
That really didn't help Jay, at all.

After that, Jay and I walked Tina into cabin 12, for children of Dionysus, then I walked Jay to the other end of the cabin area to cabin 4, for children of Demeter and went back to cabin 11, for children of Hermes and undetermined kids.

While walking all the way through the cabin area, I saw all the different cabins. First, there was cabin 1, for children of Zeus, though I was told that for the moment the only person in it was away. The cabin looked like a white marble box with columns at the front. It has polished bronze doors and it is the biggest cabin of all.
Then there is cabin 2, it is for children of Hera, though Hera doesn't have children. It looks not much different from the Zeus' cabin.
Cabin 3, was for children of Poseidon, although, just like in cabin one, with the only the only occupant, Jason Grace, this cabin also had one occupant who was also away, Percy Jackson, well, not counting a cyclops who was also son of Poseidon. This cabin had a low roof, was blue and seemed to be eaten by a rock, on the side of it.
Cabin 4, where Jay is, with children of Demeter was all natural, it has leaves on it and vines and, well tons of Demeter stuff.
After that all the cabins get weirder and weirder, all the way from a red fortress, passing through an observatory, and a huge Barbie doll house to cabin number 12 which was just, too much. The only normal cabin was cabin 11, the Hermes cabin was like a big version of a normal cabin. Although it was big, it wasn't enough. When I was in it, it was so full I had to struggle to find an empty bed. At the end I found one near a kid named Derek, who was also undetermined.  That night, I had a nightmare. The first nightmare.
