I stared around my room in boredom, I’d managed to personalise the room a bit with the pillows that I’d brought from my home . . . I wonder if it’s even still standing. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m thought to be a death eater. Surely Cass would oppose, she’s still kind of with Sirius.

I looked over the edge of my bed only to see Henry chewing on my last pencil, “NO!” I shouted diving down to grab the cat, only for him to elude capture and run away with my pencil.

“Are you alright?” Regulus asked stopping by my bedroom door.

“I’ve gone crazy.” I admitted, “It’s been two weeks, I’ve forgotten what it’s like to be outside, to have the wind whip through my hair and god, I’ve lost my tan.”

“I warned you didn’t I?” he smiled walking in and sitting on the bottom of my bed and looked at the pieces of paper that littered the floor. “Bored sweetie?”

“Henry stole my last pencil.”

“I bought you about fifty!” he exclaimed looking around the room for the other’s, all of which were about an inch short and hurt to use. “Well, I guess I’ll just buy you some more.”

“You could let me out the house.” I smiled fluttering my eyelashes up at him, only to receive a snort of laughter.

“So you’ll be taking me up on the offer.” He laughed and I looked at him, “I need your help, I can’t do this one alone it’s too dangerous but your cousin said I couldn’t take any other death eater.”

“So in other words, he said take me?”

“Yeah and I thought you’d wanna get out. Can go Diagon alley too?”

“Let me get changed and we can go!”

“You’re dressed enough.” He frowned looking at my jeans and old Ravenclaw hoody.

“Not for Diagon alley, I need to keep up appearances.” I smirked and he rolled his eyes leaving me to it.

With a grin I ran to my wardrobe and grabbed my babies, a pair of red suede wedges, from the bottom shelf before standing there staring, hoping an outfit would jump out and attack me. Eventually I decided upon a silk one, slipped it on as quickly as possible and ran down stairs grabbing my coat on the way.

I leant against the banister while I waited for Meredith to make it down, she'd insisted upon changing her clothes for Diagon Alley. God knows why though, no one was going to look at her while I'm standing there glaring down at them. As far as I'm concerned, she's mine.

"Nearly ready." She grinned from the top of the stairs fiddling with the belt on her coat.

I'd gotten used to the light feeling she gave me every time I saw her, she always looked stunning even when she came down for breakfast in her pyjama's with her hair standing on end from sleep.

"Come on Mer." I groaned pretending I was eager to leave the house, "We've not got all day."

She grumbled playfully and jumped down the last few steps landing next to me; her hair bounced as she landed, wafting the smell of her mango shampoo across my face. I rolled my eyes as her childishness and put an arm around her waist leading her towards the front door.

"And where do you think you two are going?" Mother snapped from behind us, I bit back a groan and turned to see her shrewd eyes staring at my hand on Mer's waist, I hadn't heard her come into the hallway.
