Chapter 12

Hey there! Well as you've been told, Yuffie's ex is Zell! Congrats to white_lotus7 for guessing that! Well this is the bonfire, and just a warning there is alcohol making a slight appearance, I do not encourage alcohol consumption! I highly discourage actually but yeah I just had to, so there's your warning. Well enjoy!! :)

After getting off the gummi ship, Yuffie received a text from Reno telling her where the bonfire was. She had already told you she was taking you there and staying with her when the bonfire was done.

You made your way to Yuffie's car, waiting for her to finish talking with Prompto. The dark haired girl made her way towards the car when she was finished. She jumped in and smiled at you as she started the car.

"So the bonfire is at North Hollow Creek. It's north of town and will take about ten minutes to get there," Yuffie explained and you nodded your head.

"Who all goes?" Yuffie was currently hooking up her iPod so you guys could listen while you drive,

"Oh mostly just us 'freaks'. So the usual people you hang out with."

She turned on the music a little louder as soon as you exited the town. You expected to find more cars behind you or even in front of you but it was empty. Like any country road at eleven thirty at night.

"Why aren't there a lot of cars? I thought there'd be more." You said as Yuffie replied,

"There's seven different ways to get to Hollow Creek. We can't all go the same way, that would be suspicious. Hollow creek is kinda an unoccupied place. Most folks don't go there because they say it's haunted. The tall tree there is said to be the old hanging tree."

"Hanging tree?" You asked startled as Yuffie nodded,

"Yep. It was a big thing back in the day."

You nodded your head as she continued driving. She turned off to a small dirt road that was surrounded by trees.All you saw was trees, trees and more trees, it was hard to even see the road.

But soon, she took a sharp left turn onto a road you didn't see. You saw a few hills in front of you as Yuffie flew over them. She pulled between two trees and parked the car. You two got out and started walking towards a clearing.

Walking between a few trees soon led you to the clearing. Hills rose around, shielding the small clearing from view. A small creek ran through the clearing, flowing by a big tree. It had a thick trunk and two thick branches with small branches around them.

The leaves had already all fallen off, leaving the tree abnormally bare for the time of the year. You looked at the tree and couldn't help but find it creepy looking. The full moon didn't help much with that either.

The soccer players and the other people who came to support the teams in Twilight Town were the only ones there. None of the football boys arrived yet.

As soon as you started wondering when they were going to get here, a truck came through the clearing from a road you didn't see previously. You smiled as you recognized the truck as Zack's. In the back was a bunch of wooden palettes. Out of the truck came Zack and Cloud, already starting to unload the wood with help from a few of the other boys who were there.

One by one the football boys started showing up. They were full of smiles and laughs, and of course loudness. You could have sworn you saw a few of the Twilight Town boys.

Yuffie was in the middle of talking to you when she let out a squeak. You turned around and saw a blonde boy behind her, poking her sides. His hair was spiked up with blue eyes smiling. You also noticed, he wasn't too tall and had an unique tribal tattoo on the left side of his face.
