His Downfall - Part One |Anakin|

You rush from the Naboo Skiff. Anakin meets you halfway and embraces you.

"What are you doing here?" He asks.

You shake your head. "Obi-Wan. He told me terrible things."

Anakin furrowed his eyebrows. "What things?"

"He said, you turned to the dark side....killed younglings. Anakin the younglings are dead. You didn't do it did you?"

Anakin shakes his head vigorously. "Obi-Wan is trying to turn you against me."

"No, he wouldn't. He cares about us. You know that. He's kept our secret, why would he turn against you. He would protect us no matter what."

Anakin grabs both of your hands. "Obi-Wan cannot help us. He is not powerful enough."

"Anakin, please. All I want is your love." You pleaded.

Anakin shook his head again. "Love won't save you Y/N, only my new powers can do that." He explained.

"At what cost? You're a good man, Anakin. Don't do this."

Anakin narrowed his eyes angrily. "I won't lose you the way I lost my mother! I have become powerful! More powerful than any Jedi had ever dreamed of!"

Tears welled up in your eyes as you placed a hand on his cheek. "Come away with me Anakin. Help me raise our child. Leave everything else behind while we still can."

"Don't you see beautiful? We don't have to run away anymore. I have brought peace to the Republic. I've become more powerful than the Chancellor. We can overthrow him and rule the Galaxy together. Make things the way we want them to be."

You took your hands back as the tears overflowed your eyes pouring down over your cheeks. "I don't believe what I'm hearing." You choked out. "Obi-Wan was right. You've changed."

Anakin balled up his hands into fists. "I don't want to hear anymore about Obi-Wan. The Jedi turned against me. Don't you turn against me as well." He snarled.

You shook your head. "I don't know you anymore. Anakin you're breaking my heart. You're going down a path I can't follow." You cried.

"Because of Obi-Wan?!" He boomed.

"Because of what you've done. What you plan to do. Stop. Stop it all. Come back please. I love you." You pleaded.

Anakin's eyes traveled behind you. "Liar!" He yelled.

You turned to see Obi-Wan at the top of the hatch on the ship.

"No-"

"You're with him! You betrayed me! You've brought him here to kill me!" He accused, stepping closer to you.

"Anakin, no I swear-"

You were silence as Anakin's hand wrapped around your throat tightly. Your breath hitched as you clawed at his hands trying to free yourself, desperately trying to get air back into your lungs.

"Let her go, Anakin." You heard Obi-Wan say.

Black spots began to block your vision, your hearing faltering.

"What have you and she been up to?!" Anakin yelled, his voice echoing through your ears.

You heard Obi-Wan's voice again, but you couldn't make out what he was saying. Anakin released his grip on you and you fell to the ground. You saw Anakin, scream something to Obi-Wan and you fell unconscious.
