EXT. ROOFTOP, BUILDING — NIGHT

...the top of a very tall building, almost a skyscraper. The door to the woodshed closes behind us. Deadshot looks back. We follow his gaze. The woodshed is gone, but Alexander is standing there, arms crossed, a serious look on his face.

ALEXANDER: I'm here to get you there faster.

DEADSHOT: Is that actually you or just a figment?

ALEXANDER: If this wasn't actually me, I wouldn't be able to... Never mind. Yes, it's actually me. Jump off and I'll glide you to the roof of the supermarket. Move 66.

Deadshot nods. Then runs towards the ledge that he was originally facing, and jumps off of it face first.

We follow him as he falls. Suddenly, he is lurched/jerked forward, seemingly flying above the ground. We turn around and briefly see Alexander standing on the edge of the roof, holding out his hand. Then we turn back and continue to follow Deadshot as he flies forward.

He soars past one mile, civilians and cars moving obliviously beneath him all the while. Eventually, the supermarket comes into view. It is surrounded by a 15 feet tall chain link fence with barb wire on the top of it. There are cops stationed at two points: at the front gate and at the entrance to the store itself. There's a long line of people waiting to get in.

After flying over the fence, Deadshot is lowered until he is just a few feet above the roof. As he is flying over the parking lot, police cars pull up just beyond the chain link fence, lights flashing and sirens wailing. Deadshot doesn't allow this to distract him and focuses on the roof that he is nearing.

Five feet away from the roof, the gliding stops and he falls feet first towards the roof...
