EXT. SUPERMARKET — NIGHT

...the back of the store. Deadshot stops walking. Diamond catches up with him.

DIAMOND: I have a mission. There's a crate in there with drugs and I have to find it.

DEADSHOT: You think I didn't already know that?

DIAMOND: Well, since you're here -

DEADSHOT: Look, I wouldn't fucking be here if I didn't know. It was a trap. They were hunting you. They wanted to capture you. The cops were in on it. And I'm guessing the employees were paid off to leave their stations for a certain amount of time for it to take place. That's why there's no one around here.

DIAMOND: You don't know that! I'm going back in there.

DEADSHOT: You go back in there, you're a gone girl. You understand? (A beat.) Leave, hide. It's not safe anywhere for you anymore.

Deadshot walks off towards the chain link fence a few feet away from them. We turn and face Diamond, hearing the sounds of Deadshot climbing up the fence. Diamond wants to believe him, but she can't make up her mind. She shakes her head and puts her hand up to her ear, speaking into a intercom.

DIAMOND: Mission abandoned. Being chased by unknown targets that could be anywhere. Immediate extraction is taking place.

She looks up, expecting to still see Deadshot, but he is gone. She runs for the wall and does a wall climb, gripping the top of the fence and flipping over, landing on her feet. She runs off, heading for the nearest building. We don't follow her.

We pan up and look at the sky. The wind gets faster and faster, louder and louder. Then, quiet.

ALEXANDER (PRE-LAP): You know what happens to people like you who are hunted?

The sky slowly turns from real, into a piece of art. A beautifully accurate picture of the sky, complete with clouds and birds. We pan down, finding ourselves in...
