"What are you doing here?" Serena's eyes widened with panic, expecting the worse to come from her secret lover's mouth. Gabriel was in her school office, sitting in one of the blue cushion chairs.

"This school really lets anyone in. I told them I was your uncle and they called you down, no questions," he said, disregarding her question.

"Okay, that's great, now what are you doing here?" she found way to a gray chair next to him.

"Um well this probably isn't the best place to do this, but I can't really go to your house and I can't to to your work because you don't work there anymore and I can't call you because I don't have your number, so I figured I'd try here," he looked around. A woman with a baby on her hip and a small girl at her side walked up to the glass window with the receptionist behind it. Gabriel seemed to struggle with the words and Serena struggled to focus on anything but his alluring lips. Snapping out of her trance was harder than expected but she managed to focus on his words as he said, "Melody is pregnant." Serena nearly puked or screamed and could feel her jaw drop to the floor.

"By who?" was the only question she wanted to be answered right then, although there were tons swarming in her mind.

"Me," he said hesitantly.

"You bastard!" Serena nearly slapped him. "You had sex with her?!" she found her voice go a bit louder than expected.

"Well she is my wife."

Fair enough, Serena thought.

"She wants to move out with all the kids but I don't know if I should let her do that," he looked down at the floor and the sun that peeked through the glass windows hit his gray eyes perfectly.

"I can't do this right now. Meet me at 3 at Applebee's," she rose from the chair with butterflies attacking her stomach as she had news to tell Gabriel too. The storm was only just brewing.
