~Dragon Empire Area~
People are enjoying a festival held. There are food stalls, cardfights, and all sorts of fun things. Just as the festival was reaching the climax, purple fog suddenly burst out from nowhere and suddenly, everything went into chaos. People started fighting against each other and the scene was ugly
"Whew.....looks like it was already released." Masaru, who happens to be overlooking the chaotic scene from a high-enough place, commented
"The scene became ugly pretty quickly. Looks like Nightmare got an upgrade while being imprisoned." Selene also said with worry "They may hurt each other very badly." she continued
Masaru got up "Best way to stop them, is to beat Nightmare I guess....but with Hikaru and Kazeko out of the game for a while, it may prove to be a little bit difficult." he sighed "Well, I guess I might have to keep them busy."
"You mean we?" Selene smiled
"Yeah, like I need the help of a non-combat type." Masaru smirked and dived down
"Meanie." Selene puffed up her cheeks and went down the other way
~Ryume's Place~
Ryume stared at the town "Looks like that thing decided to start the attack early." he sighed and turned around looking at slightly recovering Kazeko and Hikaru who had lost all his fighting spirit
"Hey, c'mon Hikaru. Stop being this way." Kurosawa is trying hard to help Hikaru get back on his feet, but it was in vain
"Just leave me....." Hikaru said depressed "I actually lost....in a battle that counted." he continued
"C'mon, stop beating yourself up." Kurosawa continued
"Let him rest a little, Kurosawa." Kazeko spoke up "Maybe he just need a little rest."
"Yeah, maybe." Kurosawa gritted his teeth "Hopefully, Masaru can buy us enough time...."
~Dragon Empire Area~
Masaru and Selene were still containing the crowd (beating up guys for Masaru actually)
"This is getting very annoying." Masaru said punching someone down and cleansing him with flames
"I'd have to agree." Selene sounded tying the downed persons up by a pole "We'll have to try and defeat the leader of this crowd." she suggested
"I know!!! But who is the leader?!?!" he yelled even annoyed and pressed someone face down on the ground before cleansing the guy
Just as he finished his sentence, a laughter can be heard as someone slowly ascends from the stage "Welcome, mister and miss...to my banquet of chaos." he declared as Masaru and Selene stared at him
"........meh." Masaru ignored him and continued beating up the corrupt guys while Selen did the same, tying them up
The guy, Yoshi, felt his anger boiling "STOP FRICKING IGNORING ME!!!!" he yelled
Masaru sighed 'What terrible luck.' he thought with an emotionless face
~Ryume's Place~
Kazeko got up and packed her deck "Okay.....I'm ready." she said putting up her hood
Ryume looked at her skeptically "You sure you're fine this time?" he asked "Especially if you have to face that kid of yours?"
"No problem, I'll be fine." she said grinning "This time, I will defeat him. No questions asked." she continued before heading towards the door
"There goes one....now the other." Ryume stated turning back towards the two guys
~Dragon Empire Area~
Masaru and Selene both managed to hold down the corrupts
"Alright, time to return to Ryume first.....need a little rest after all that." Masaru suggested
"Sure, I would like to enjoy a cup of tea." Selene smiled as they proceeded to leave, ignoring Yoshi
"Grrr....Dungeon of the Chivary Knights!!!!" he declared and threw down a crystal ball, in which a beam of light appeared and swallowed both Masaru and Selene along with Yoshi into a dungeon
"Great......" Masaru rolled his eyes while Selene sighed
"Hahaha....welcome to our dungeon weaklings. Now, enjoy being tortured by me." he declared as a fight table started fixing itself in between them
"Guess the first debute of Lagenda is wasted on this small fry." Masaru sighed as he took out a deck case which has metallic carvings on it. He then clised his eyes and changed into a serious look
"Time to judge this person. Guilty or not?" he said "But I'm sure that he is a 100% guilty. Based on the type of karma he seems to posses right now." he continued with a grin on his face
"What did you say?!?!" Yoshi yelled with a little pop up
Selene facepalmed "Kids....." she sighed
