Chapter Fourteen

CHAPTER 14

** Kim Jing's POV **

I was sleeping so soundly and suddenly, I rolled off my bed and landed on my butt, instantly waking me up. I rubbed my butt while letting out a yawn and stood up to go back up on my bed to continue sleeping. But then, I didnt feel very sleepy because I was so hungry. So, I decided to find some food at the kitchen. As a cue, my stomah started to growl loudly. But before that, I went to tie my hair properly since it was actually sticking out in every direction.

As I opened my room's door, there were Chanyeol and Chen. They were standing outside my room like as if they were guarding me.

"Ermmmm...guys, what are you doing?" I looked at both of them, raising my one of my eyebrows.

"Uhhh....you see, we were told to not let you go out of the room because he -" Chanyeol was cut off by Chen, who placed his hands over Chanyeol's mouth while shaking his head.

"Now look what you've done! You were about to tell her the thing!" Chen whispered softly to Chanyeol but I could still hear it.

"Guys! I dont even know what you guys were talking about. All I want is food. So now, excuse me?" I told them politely.

They were hesitant to let me pass them but they did. Both of them followed me to the kitchen. I walked down the stairs and headed straight to the kitchen. Lay and DO were there. They looked like they were cooking something nice! And they were putting a lot of effort in making the food. This girl must be very special to them, I thought.

"Hey Lay! Hello DO!" I shouted, making them jumped back and bumping into each other.

I started laughing while both of them just stared at me like as if I was mad. Soon, they joined in, laughing. After good 3 minutes of laughing, we stopped.

"Why are you here?" DO asked while staring at Chen and Chanyeol.

"What do you mean by that? I'm hungry of course!" I told DO.

"Btw, who are these food for?" I pointed at the containers that were filled with delicious food.

"Uhhhhh.. -" Lay stuttered.

"No one!" DO answered for him.

I narrowed my eyes and stared at both of them suspiciously. Well, Chanyeol and Chen were suspicious too.

Since I didnt want to prey into their personal matters, I took a plate and filled it up with the meat that DO had grilled nicely and walked to the living room.

Kris and Xiumin were there. Xiumin were sitting on the couch, reading newspaper while Kris was at the shelf, finding for a book.

"Hi Kris, Xiumin!" I said, so that they knew I was in the room.

             

They replied and continued to what they were doing. I sat down next to Xiumin and started to munch on my food. It was so silent that I could even hear my breath. So, I decided to start a convosation.

"Where is Suho, Sehun and Baekhyun? I didnt see them," I asked, no one in particular but I still hoped that one of them could answer me.

I saw Xiumin's figure next to me stiffened, while Kris just looked at me.

"Oh, they went for a walk," Kris answered me casually before going back to finding books on the shelf.

I also saw Xiumin's figure starting to relax after Kris told me where they were. Okay, this is really weird and i'm gonna find out.
