Chapter Six

CHAPTER 6

** Kim Jing's POV **

I ran to the side walk, I waved for a cab and went home.

When I reached home, I ran past my worried-looking mom.

"Honey, why are you here? Are you sick?"

"I'm fine mom. Just wanna be alone for now," I said to my mum, who just nodded her head, understood. That was what I loved about my mum most, she understood me very well.

I went straight up the stairs, to my room. I quickly get out of my uniform and changed into something comfortable. I lay on my bed. Tears started to flow non-stop.

** Sehun's POV ** (Before Kim Jing ran away)

"You thought I was doing it for Hae Ri? Didnt you see how protective Chanyeol was of her? Besides, there is someone else that has taken my heart."

Suddenly, I saw her facial expression  changed. I heard her mumbled an 'okay' before starting to run away as fast as she could. Why? Suddenly I knew, she thought I like someone else idiot!

I ran after her but she was fast and I lost the sight of her. I run into the canteen and headed straight to our table.

"Have any of you guys seen Kim Jing?"

All of them shook their head. I was so frustrated. I ran my hand through my blonde hair and let out a soft sigh.

"Why? What's wrong?" Luhan asked me while others were just staring at me, waiting for me to spill it out. I took a deep breath and told them what had happened.

"What?! Are you crazy??!" Lily shouted at me, standing up from her seat. She walked to where I was standing, to punch me but Kris pulled her back to her seat.

She stared at me and said,"You're heartless. Dont you know she likes you!"

That was it. Everyone looked at Lily with wide eyes, including me. DO's eyes were just big and they were wide opened. Jang Eun just slapped her forehead, mumbling something like 'she's gonna get hell from Kim Jing'. Lily just stared on the ground, unable to react. I went closer to Lily and asked her to repeat.

"She fucking likes you."

Suddenly, Baekhyun's ringtone went off and he picked up his phone. He talked into the phone while everyone were staring at him in silence. A few minutes later, he got off the phone saying,"Sehun, she's at home."

Instantly, I took off and ran back home immediately. When I reached the house, I saw Mrs Lee at the living room. I walked to her and greeted her.

"Hi Mrs Lee. Is Kim Jing in her room?"

"Yes dear. Please go talk to her. I saw her face and her eyes were bloodshot."

I nodded at Mrs Lee and went up to her room. I stood in front of her room. Soft sobs could be heard but not so clearly. I turned the knob slowly and opened the door. I saw her lying on her bed, facing the wall. I quickly closed the door, locking it quietly and made my way to her bed. I think she heard my footsteps.

"Mom, I thought I told you I want to be alone," she said in a very soft and vulnerable voice.

My heart ached, seeing her in this state. Without thinking, I went to lie on her bed and gave her a tight backhug, not letting go of her. I felt her body tensed against mine. Then, she started to move, struggling against my tight grip around her waist.

"Who are you?!" She panicked.

"Kim Jing." That was all I had to say to make her stop struggling. I heard her sighing.

"What are you doing Sehun? Dont make it more hard for me," she mumbled the last part.

"Kim Jing, turn around and look at me," I said while loosening my grip around her waist and she turned around and looked up at my face. I saw her eyes. It was so red and puffy.

"Were you crying?" I asked her softly.

She didnt answered me. Instead, she looked away. I reached for her chin and pulled it up until she was looking into my eyes.

"Let me ask you again. Were you crying?"

She nodded her head once.

"Pabo. Let me tell you something. You know, the girl that has stolen my heart is so cute and pretty, even though she might be annoying at some time. She -"

I was cut off by Kim Jing. She managed to get out from my tight hug and stood beside the bed. She looked pissed.

"If you want to talk about your crush, just get lost." She spat it out.

I cant control myself. I walked up to her, step by step, while she kept on moving back until her back came contact with the wall. I put both of my hands at the side of her face. I looked into her eyes.

"The girl....I was talking about....was YOU."

I slammed my lips onto hers. At first, her lips didnt move at all. I gave her a few seconds to recover from the shock. Soon, I felt her lips moved against mine. It was a pure bliss. Both of us were out of breathe. I rested my forehead on hers and my eyes bored into hers.

"Do you like me Lee Kim Jing?" I asked with the seriousness in my voice.

She whispered a 'yes'. That was what I had to hear before going in for another kiss.
