Chapter Twenty

CHAPTER 20

** Hee Ju's POV **

"Eh eh? Who do we have here? My beloved cousin eh? Betrayed me to help our poor friend here?" Hee Jae laughed but it was darn creepy.

"Let go of Sehun. You cant even get him. Can you just get it through the thick skull of yours  that he dont like you. Hell, he has a freaking girlfriend," I spat at her in the most nicest tone.

She just smiled creepily at Sehun and I. She took out something from her back pocket. It was something black in colour and it had bullets in it. A gun.

"What a..are you...u trying to do? Put the gun down...n," I stammered, feeling a little scared as she had a weapon while me, nada.

Hee Jae came closer to us slowly, pointing the gun at our direction. She loaded the gun with bullets and then she stopped right in front of me. I was staring into her eyes, trying to read what she was going to do next. Then, I felt something poked my chest. It was the tip of the gun. If she pulles the trigger, I'm done. Please please please, I dont want to die early, I mentally said.

"My dear cousin, would you gladly hand Sehun over to me? Or do you want me to do it by force?" Hee Jae put pressure on the gun, making the gun sunk into my chest even further.

Without thinking of Sehun's life, I pushed him towards Hee Jae even though he pleaded me with his eyes to not do it. Im sorry, I'll save you again later or maybe your friends, I mouthed the words to him. He nodded his head slightly.

Eh, wait. Why didnt I think of our plan B? I'm so stupid. Pabo me, I scolded myself. The next thing I did was screamed as loud as I could.

"PLAN B GUYS! CATCH HEE JAE!" I screamed in my high-pitched voice.

With that, I heard a shot gun and body fell backwards. I felt my chest area in pain. My breathing got very uneven. Did that bitch, Hee Jae, just shot me, her own blood-related cousin? I saw Sehun pushed Hee Jae away. She was staring at me with wide eyes, and finally, she dropped the gun down. She stayed rooted to the ground, unable to process that she just shot me. My vision got a little blur. Suddenly, I heard a voice shouting at me.

"HEE JU! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! WERE YOU DAY DREAMING?! ARE YOU GOING TO PASS SEHUN TO ME OR NOT?!" Hee Jae's annoying voice snapped me out of my own thoughts. Wow, I was just dreaming...

I didnt answer her. In a split second, Sehun managed to take the gun from her hand and now the gun was pointing at Hee Jae's direction. Sehun was smirking at her. The tables have turned, I mouthed to Sehun. But to our suprise, Hee Jae didnt even look scared. She was still smiling like a psycho. That totally caught me off guard. She quickly went out of the room.

"She's escaping! Come on!" I grabbed Sehun's hand and pulled him with me as we ran out of the room.

We immediately stopped in our tracks. I could never get any more shock. There was Hee Jae, standing with one of her arms around Kim Jing's neck and another hand was holding a knife, closely to Kim Jing's chest.

Where are the rest of the guys?! They are really useless eh, I shook my head to stop myself from talking to myself.

** Sehun's POV **

Kim Jing was in danger. The knife was dangerously close to her chest. Hee Jae is gonna pay what she did to us.

Suddenly, I saw something moving, far behind Hee Jae. A head popped up and it was Chen's head. He put his finger on his lips to tell me to keep quiet. He pointed at me and then his eyes and then at Hee Jae and Kim Jing. Ah, he wants me to look at them so they dont know he's behind them. I nodded my head quickly.

Hee Jae was just talking to about how good she was and she was better than Kim Jing. But no one was paying attention, Kim Jing was looking at the knife. Hee Ju and I was looking at Kim Jing with a worried look. Sometimes, I stole some glances at Chen and if he caught me looking at him, he would narrowed his eyes at me. So, i went back and looked at Hee Jae and listened to her rants.

Suddenly, I felt something waving to get my attention. I darted my eyes to where it was and Chen mouthed 'take the knife from her at a count of three'

'1...2....3....' Chen mouthed. When it reached three, I sprinted to Hee Jae and snatched the knife from her while Chen went behind her and placed a sack over her head and pulled the sack down so it covered her whole face. Chen whistled and other members came out and helped him to tie Hee Jae's hands and legs.

I looked at Kim Jing and wrapped my arms around her tightly. I kissed her hair and breathed in her scent. I was so worried.

"You're not hurt right?" Kim Jing asked me, pulling away from the hug and checked for any bruises on me.

I just shook my head and leaned in towards her. I placed my forhead on hers and whispered "I almost lost you..."

With that, I leaned in to place a peck on her her lips but that turned out to be a make out. It was filled with love and passion for each other. At the same time, it was urgent and rough kiss that totally showed that we needed each other.

Someone fake coughed and both of us jumped away from each other.

"You just cant seem to your hands off each other for few minutes?" Hee Ju teased us, making Kim Jing blushed hard.

Hee Ju walked away but stopped when Kim Jing callled her, "Thanks for helping us. We owe you big time."

"Anything that we can do for you?" I asked Hee Ju.

"Oh yes there is," She smirked and rubbed her hands together.
