"Here?" I ask as we approach the log cabin that would serve as our temporary home. "Here" Christine confirmed. It was a two-story log cabin with a neat little garden in the back. As I was admiring the craftsmanship on a board of the house, Astra yelled from the doorway "You coming?" So I went inside. Just as I went inside, a curious feeling came up through me and I gripped the table and my vision went black.

Thunder sounds as the rainstorm comes down. A knock at the door. I ignore it and doze back off. Another knock at the door. I get up and open it. "I'm sleeping, go away." I say to the man at the door. "I'll only take a minute of your time." He says. I reluctantly agree and I see another pair of hands coming from behind the man. I yell for Astra. Then a pain behind my head, then black.

"Christian, Christian, wake up Christian", "What?" I answer from my position on the floor. Astra helps me up from the floor and into a chair at the table. "You walked in, grabbed the table and blacked out, are you ok?" "Yeah, I think so, tell me more about the place that I came from, that building." "We call it the stables, it is a company that is doing gruesome human experiments like splicing their DNA and adding various animal DNA into the human's like they did with your sister. She was one of the lucky ones that survived it. Wind manipulation isn't all that I can do, I can pretty much control everything from water to fire. I don't know what they did to you though." "I do," Astra commented. "To both of you, they allowed you two to be able to use 100% of your brain and to be able to manipulate your surroundings." "Probably," Christine said. "Now," I said "Do you have any food? I feel like I haven't eaten in weeks."
