Adeline fell to her knees; Kyle can't be dead, Adeline loved him... Why would he have told her he loved her, if his plan was to leave. She started to cry, Shrink dropped to the floor with Adeline, trying to comfort her, but she couldn't hear a thing. Anger rose up inside of Adeline, but she was still crying, she started to scream, and pushed Shrink back towards the wall.

"He can't be dead! He's not dead!" Adeline yelled at the top of her lungs. By now, everyone is standing in the hallway, watching Adeline, as Shrink tries to calm her down.

"Adeline you need to breath." Shrink says.

"Kyle is out there somewhere, I need to see him!" Adeline yelled again and ran to the locked doors, pounding on them, begging for them to unlock it.

"Code blue floor 5, code blue floor 5." The announcement said on the intercom, and everyone went to there rooms because staff had to try to calm Adeline down.

"Let me out! Let me out!" Adeline yelled, her throat hurting more than ever. Every time a staff tried to come near her, she pushed them away. Adeline ran to the end of the hall, pounding on the Windows, praying they would break. Not noticing the girls peaking through the shades of there doors.

Adeline heard the little buzzing sound, which means the doors are opening, Adeline turned around and started to run, once she was half way, 2 security guards came in, grabbing hold of Adeline, as she screams. Holding her until she's partly calm, they let her go and she fell to the floor. She sat there for about 10 minutes, then staff helped her up, the announcements stopped, one of the staff brought Jordan to the doctors office, and they walked Adeline to her room.

"Do you want to talk--"

"Go away!" Adeline yelled, and she sat on the bed, staring at the mint colored wall. Sitting there for a little while, Adeline finally got up and walked over to the ledge and sat there instead; looking out the window, watching as the cars zoom by, the tree's dance, and people walk. It used to be nice, but now looking at it was a nightmare; knowing that the world killed Kyle. It should have been me. Adeline thought.

Hours flew by, but Adeline didn't move from her spot, she only moved to use the bathroom, which even then she wouldn't move. Meals getting dropped off at Adeline's feet, while everyone else is in the eating area. The meals just sit there, Adeline doesn't even bother to look at them, she just looked out the window, waiting, hoping, to see Kyle come by, hoping that maybe, just maybe, he is alive out there and is coming to her.

Adeline leaned her head against the wall, tears slowly falling onto the cold of her skin, giving her goosebumps. Continuing to look out the window, the sun slowly setting, city lights turned on, car zooming past coming home from work. She didn't eat all day, no groups; just looked out the window, with the continuous 30 minute staff-peek-a-boos, but since what happened with Adeline, they check in about every 10. Adeline just looked at the building across from the hospital: it was a 4 floor building, with whitish walls, most of it colored with colorful graffiti, reds, whites, yellows, oranges, every color you could think of was on this building. It was an older building, some vines growing up the side, Windows all dusty. Adeline thought it was quite beautiful.

"Hi Adeline." A guys voice said behind her... It was a voice she recognized... Kyle. Adeline immediately turned around.

"Kyle!" Adeline ran up to him, "I knew you were still alive, I just knew it!"

"I love you, Adeline." He hugged her, holding her closely, smelling a new scent of cologne, a sweet but strong scent. Adeline held on to him tight, not wanting to let go.

"I love you too, Kyle." Adeline whispered, "how did they let you in? Visiting hours are over."

"That's for me to know." Kyle said, looking her straight in the eyes, "I'm sorry."
