Emerson's POV
Storms have been my favorite thing to watch since a kid. I've always wanted to be one of the storm watchers. As I sit on the porch with Ashton watching the lightening crackle across the sky I realize something.
"Ash?" I say just as a streak of lightening cracks.
"Yes Em?" He responds.
"Isn't our life kind of like a storm? I mean, all these things are happening. They brew out of nowhere and when they hit, they hit us hard. It's like the lightening is our problems. It hits and it causes so much damage." I say, watching the dark clouds.
I look over at Ashton. He's watching the storm with a expression on his face. He's thinking.
"You're right. Everything hits and causes damage but after every storm what comes out?" He turns toward me.
I look over at him and raise an eyebrow. "A rainbow," he answers for me, "yes we have lightening and it hits us hard, but after all the damage a rainbow comes out. It reminds us that yes, we made it." He wraps his arm around my shoulders.
"The damage has hit us Emerson, now we're just waiting for our rainbow."

Macy's POV
I take the stairs two at a time. A crack of thunder hits just as I make it to the foyer of my house. I scan for my keys.
*ding*
I groan and look down to see a text from Emerson.
iMessage from Em:
Get to Ashton's before the bad storm hits. Hurry. It's like she knows everything I'm doing. I planned on going over anyway.
After Luke left I decided that it was time to stop feeling like this. Yes, I lost my baby. I lost mine and Luke's precious baby. I'll never feel complete but my life has to go on.
I have to be there for Luke. I have friends that will be there for both of us. We have to be there for each other. We have tons of problems. Things happen, and they happen for good reasons. Everything that happens has a meaning behind it.
I finally spot the keys and walk out the door. As I close the door, I close the part of my life that has been holding me back. The rain starts just as I step off the porch, washing me clean of the past.

Luke's POV
I get a text from Ashton just as I lay down on my bed. He tells me to head back over, that we have a plan to get Nick and Wesley gone for good.
Thunder crashes as I run out to my car, slinging the door open.
Maybe, finally after forever they can be gone. We can get our lives back. Our senior year can finally be that. Just senior year.
As I back out the drive and heading to Ashton's I think about how this all started out. We didn't plan on any of this happening.
But, the most unexpected things are always the best. I can't say losing my baby and almost losing my girlfriend have been the best, but maybe it's happening for a reason.
Choices effect everything. If Ashton and I wouldn't have done those things so long ago, our friends and loved ones wouldn't be effected.
We're all going to fix this. Tonight, it's all going to be over. We just need tonight.

I'm in love with writing but my heart isn't really here for this anymore. My heart isn't in this story. I've matured and realized this story really just goes everywhere so please forgive me.
If you're still reading, give me a like or whatever you do on here lol. I love you guys.
