Matt POV

I said good bye to the rest of the family as I walked back to the main house to cook something. I fried a chicken and cooked some corn. I sat at the table in the house looking out towards the beach. I could see Rainy house and it was finally ready for her to move in. I see the swing between the two trees swinging from the breeze. I cleaned my plate and put it back in the cabinet. I turned off the light as I walked outside to clean my guns and my knives. I'm walking towards the cabin with my head down. I hear the door opened and I look up to see a woman with red hair. She had bruises on her legs. Was that my wife? "Amelia?"

Eleanor POV

I was laying down under the boat house as we made our way. Bam was standing with his dad, mom, and Rainy upstairs. The rest of the family was on the top on the buoy swing. The kids were taking a nap on one side of the boat house. I had woken up with a fever this morning. Grace had checked it when I woke up and she side that it was low grade. I needed to stay in bed in Browntown. Then Bam said he wouldn't go on this trip and I knew he needed to go. I sucked it up as I walked out of the cabin that morning. Rainy had taken Diana's hand when Bam had come over to me. I had two layers of clothes on because of the chills. Bam had put his hand on my back as we walked towards the skiff. He could tell I was feeling weak. He picked me bridal style as I curled into his chest. My body had a chill that ran through it as I shudder against him. "Are you okay?" I whispered back to him. "I'm a little cold." "We will be on the boat soon and I will put you in my bunk." That is where I ended up. I could hear someone coming down the ladder. I was looking towards the ceiling because a headache had started coming on. My view of the ceiling was blocked by his face. "How are you feeling?" He put his hand on my forehead. "Baby, you're burning up. I'm going to get Grace."  He disappeared from my view as my eyes started to shut. Then I could hear Grace's voice.

"Eleanor, can you open your eyes for me?" I opened them slowly as I my body ached all over. "Can you tell me where it hurts?" "Everywhere"

Bam POV

"Is there anything you can do?" "All we can do is to wait it out." "Do you even know what is wrong?" "Her body is fighting something but she should be better in a few days. The main thing right now is to get her fever down. We will just need to get her home but we will need to stop in town for some ice. We need as much as all you can carry. Right now, I would sit with her to make sure nothing else happens." I sat on the side of the bunk and I took my hand to move some hair away from her forehead. Grace was walking back up the ladder. I leaned down to kiss her forehead. "I'm not leaving your side. If you need anything, I will be right here." She barely moved her head in my direction to give me an answer. "You need to get some rest, now sleep." She closed her eyes as she drifted off to sleep. I laid on my side to be next to her. I watched her sleep and she had a shiver. I pulled the blanket closer to her chin as I got closer to her. I wished that I could have helped my family but I need to be here with my wife.

I could hear the family outside as they were yelling at each other. We bumped into something as she was woken up by the sudden movement. She started looking around franticly. "Were okay, the boat just hit the dock, go back to sleep." I put my hand on her stomach to help calm her.

Gabe POV

I ran into the dock as I tried to compete with the wind. This dock will not hold the boat for very long. We were going to stay on the boat as mom and dad wanted to see Bruce and Debbie. Noah and Lacy got off with them as they walked behind our parents. The rest of us were going to take the kids to play on the beach, to get them off the boat. We took out a few blankets for us to sit on. I climbed down from the boat as I helped Grace off. We were handed the kids one by one. Then Charlotte is yelling at Ana on the dock. "I know what you are thinking and you are not jumping in that water." I started to laugh as I helped her down. "She is going to become a mini Bear if you don't watch it." "I know, I think she is wanting to climb a tree with her daddy and I won't let her just yet." I took Nathan to hand him over to Grace. Birdy came down with Willow in her arms as I helped her down. Blaine had Sam and Edward. Then Bear peaked his head out of the boat house. "We have a leak in the engine room." "What?" "I think it has to do with the anchor." "Try and fix it and then we will tell dad later." He jumped off the boat as we watched our kids play by the water.

Amelia POV

I was looking at my husband as I ran over to him. He took me in his arms. I could feel the tears on my neck and he picked me up to spin me around. He sat me back down on the ground as he kissed me hard. His hands were all over my body. "Are you okay?" "No, I'm not." "Let's just get you in some cleaner clothes and some food in your belly." He led me towards the cabin as he grabbed us some clothes. We walked towards the shower as he warmed it up for me. He stripped me of my clothes slowly. He looked at all of my bruises and then he looked me. I shook my head as he took off his clothes to join me under the water.  He cleaned every inch of my body. He dried my body and he helped me get dressed. He took my hand and walked to the main house. He put on some deer meat as my month watered. I was sitting at the table as he brought it over to me. I took the fork to finally have something good to eat. He watched me the entire time that I ate. We didn't say a word. He took my plate after I was finished and washed it. I stood up as we walked back to our cabin. We go inside and he just looks at me. "I would like lay down with you on the bed." He nodded his head as we walked into our bedroom. I laid down on my usually side as he did the same. We were looking at each other as I took his hand. I curled closer to him as he put his hand on my leg. I jumped from the pain in my legs from Damon. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you." "It is still a little sore from Damon." "I thought Daniel had taken you?" "He did and I met one of his investors. Damon was attracted me and to seal the deal for Daniel, I was forced to sleep with him." I had started crying towards the end as he pulled into his chest. "I'm sorry that I cheated on you."

He took my face in his hands to make me look at him. "I want you to listen to me. You did nothing wrong. I know you were just trying to survive. I'm not upset or angry at you. I still love you with all of my heart." I looked at him as I raised my head. I looked into his beautiful blue eyes. I kissed him as I climbed on top of him. He hands went to my waist and I had a shiver go down my spine at his touch. I break away from the kiss and I see Damon looking up at me. I jump off of him and I back myself into a corner. "Hey, it's me. It is your husband not anyone else." I closed my eyes as he spoke. I opened them again to see Matt. I'm crying again and I fell into his arms. "I saw Damon instead of you." "How many times did he hurt you?" "He made me have sex with him three different nights. He was into handcuffs, whips, and anything you can think of to inflict pain. The bruises are from him."

Then my worst fear sank in as I looked up at him. "Where is the rest of the family?" "They are on a hauling job." "Daniel will kill them because I left the castle." "If he comes anywhere near this place, I will take care of him. You and the kids are my number one priority." He took me back to the bed as I laid my head on his chest. I finally fell asleep to his heartbeat.

Matt POV

I was watching her sleep as I thought of ways to kill Daniel and Damon. What she has gone through shows me he will be back for her. I knew that we needed to be on our guard for Daniel. He was trained military and he was a sniper on top of that. I felt her move against chest as I watched her. I pushed her closer to me as she calmed down.
