Long overdue, but here are the winners of my last contest. And yes, you heard that right: winners. There are two beautiful stories that are so different that I couldn't compare and pick between them. The one thing they have in common is the gorgeous way they are written.

The stories are Childhood Story by @AhmetOzgean and Living Nightmares by @Cross-The-Earth

I strongly advice you check out both! The links to them (and to an honorable mention) are in the comments.

CHILDHOOD STORY (part of Short Stories) by @AhmetOzgean

Blurb:

We all had that one grandfather that told us stories. Some were about how he fought in war; others were about his spouse and so on. Some were pure fantasy... but we were too young to contest them, we were too young to even consider contesting them. We just sat back and watched amazed at our old storyteller.

I don't know about your grandfather, but mine had this very captivating story that I hope will entertain you, for a while. As a bee in his past life, he lives a carefree lifestyle until encountering a peculiar flower while exploring a new garden. Day by day, he develops his passion and commitment for the flower, until the fearful Winter pays them a visit. Will the two live to see another Spring or do my grandfather's memories stop here?

LIVING NIGHTMARES by @Cross-The-Earth

Blurb:

Maybe you don't know someone as well as you think.

I know the second blurb doesn't really tell you much about the story, but it is a very emotional read.

I also got to give an honorable mention to THE LETTER (part of Contest Entries) by @Kyra92

Blurb:

A short story about the notebooks on the desk.

Congratulations! Keep writing wonderful stories! ❤
