I groan and role over to stop the alarm. I lean up and pop my back as the smell of bacon floods my room. I smile and get up and walk into my bathroom to brush my teeth.
I look in the mirror and see that my hair looks like a birds nest. I take a brush threw it and walk over to my closet. Since it's a Saturday I decide on a lazy hoodie and black compression shorts. I let my long raven waves of hair flow down my back.
I walk out of my room and down the stairs to the corridor as I hear someone singing in the kitchen. I smile as I realize who the voice belongs to.
"I heard there was a sacred chord that David played and pleased the Lord but you don't really care for music do you. It goes like this the fourth the fifth the minor falls and the major lifts the baffled kingdom posing hallelujah. She tied you to a kitchen chair we broke you're crown and cut you're hair and from her lips you drew the hallelujah."
I smile as I walked into the kitchen and seen Aiden at the stove. I walked over and wrapped my arms around his torso and smiled at his warmth. Aiden's chuckle vibrated through his body.
"Good morning beautiful" He said with a smile while turning around and kissing my forehead. I smiled and kissed his cheek. "Good morning Aiden"
We walked over to the island sat down and began to eat. "Hmm this is so good." I say. "Thanks I learned from my mom." Aiden says with a smile. "And hey since it's Saturday I want to take you somewhere." I nod at Aiden. "Okay where to?" I ask.
Aiden laughs, "It's a surprise cupcake." I roll my eyes. And begin to walk upstairs to get ready when I hear Aiden yell something. "What?" I yell back. "I said you're ass looks nice in those shorts." Aiden yells back. I roll my eyes and jog upstairs.
I walk over to my closet and slide on a pair of white shorts with a grey crop top. I slide on a whine colored cardigan. And walked over to my bed to strap on my light brown gladiator sandals. I put on light make up as I waltz down the stairs.
I grab my phone and wallet as I walk to the door. "Are you ready to go?" Aiden asks from behind me. I nod in agreement. We get into the car and and speed down the road.
"Where are we going?" I asked Aiden. "Like I have told you the past ten times its a surprise." Aiden chuckles.
We drive down a old road, I notice the palm trees are beginning to transfer into pine trees. Aiden pulls over and grabs a picnic basket from the backseat.
We hop out of the car and begin walking down a leafy path. Aiden abruptly stops. "What the hell-" before I can finish Aiden stops me. "I'm going to put my hand over you're eyes so that it's surprise." I roll my eyes and nod.
I feel his hands slide over my eyes and he leads me to wherever we're going. His hands fall to his sides and I'm stunned at our surroundings. Its a beautiful spot looking over the city.
