it was a week since the wedding, a week since the kiss
Lila and I had been flirting a tiny bit
well if flirting means screaming
"DAMN YOU BEAUTIFUL LOSER!!!" when she won a game of tennis on the wii.
it was a pretty normal for Lila , Tyler , Jenna and I.
I was driving and my phone buzzed. usually I would have Tyler read it for me but he wasn't here.
I pulled over and I realized it was a text from Lila
Princess 👑: Heyo josh. I'm at home and Tyler and Jenna are out on a date. can you bring over some ice cream? I just got Jurassic world on DVD!!!!
I smiled and texted back "you're such a dork. I'll be there soon princess"
just as I looked up I saw something

josh was supposed to come over last night. but he didn't show. I had left him over 10 messages. including:
josh are you coming or not these dinosaurs are waiting!!!!

but he didn't respond. just as I woke up and realized I had a blue ranch Dorito stuck to my butt (I fell asleep on top of the bag while waiting for josh), I realized my phone was buzzing.
Queen Jenna 💕👑💅🏻 is calling you
"Jenna?" I said, yawning
"Lila. come to the hospital. now."
"what's going on?!" I said, immediately walking my pink room and throwing on Josh's sweatshirt he left at my house the other day when all 4 of us hung out and ate Chinese food while watching titanic. that included josh and Tyler trying to be jack and rose.
"josh....he got in an....accident" Jenna said, choking back tears.
"wait what" I said, shocked
I grabbed my dads keys, knowing he'd kill me if he found out I was using his car.
I sat in the drivers seat, looking down. I had on his sweatshirt. it was black and smelt like his cologne. it said "IM THE DRUMMER!!!".
and then I was also wearing bright pink pj pants and a pair of uggs. oh well.
"he got in an accident!!" Jenna said, crying
I texted him....
"someone hit him head on" she said quietly
I let a tear roll down my cheek as I broke all speed limits and drove to the local hospital I was guessing josh was at
I ran in, and walked up to the desk lady, who led me to his room. I stood at the door.
