Rylan's POV (5 days later)
I don't know what to think anymore. Everyone is full of emotion, sadness and happiness all at once. It's a bit too much to take in. I can't feel anything. All I know about these people is that they are supposedly related to me. I don't know what to believe. And where are my parents? The doctors came in and said that I could go home the other day. I am leaving today. Bailey is helping me gather up my things. Brooklyn said one of her friends parents was going to pick us up and take us home. Why didn't mum or dad volunteer? Do they even know? I have way too many questions and not enough answers. Not that anyone would know anyway.
--30 minutes later-- (still Rylan's POV)
"Come on. Time to go in." Brooklyn whispered to me. I followed her up the steps to my 'house.' Bailey walked close behind with my bag, which looked awfully tattered. Brooklyn turned the handle of the door and...
