Random Police Officer POV

"It's been two weeks and Brooklyn McKnight remains unfound. The young adult's case is worrying all family members and medical professionals as her condition is unknown."
I finished my interview with the case's detective and a news reporter, because everyone else refused to take part. I don't understand why they wouldn't want to help with getting her face out there incase she is seen, but I had to go behind everyones backs because they refused to let me.

Rylan POV (one month later)

I was in the joint room with my sleeping siblings, rose gold headphones plugged into my silver iPhone 6. I was a slightly early riser, but I suppose we were in hospital, and my siblings needed sleep.. But oh well. I'll just stay awake.

A few seconds after 'Hideaway' ended, the plump doctor reappeared in the room for the gazillionth time. He looked around and saw that I was awake, signalling for me to take the headphones off. The old professional wandered over to my bedside as I sat up.
"They found her." He whispered, the words sinking into my mind. Suddenly, my whole world turned 50-50. Would I leave with 5 siblings or not?

Bailey POV

I opened me eyes to footsteps in the room. I pretended to be asleep, and tried to listen to the conversation. But it was on the other side of the room, so it proved to be slightly difficult.

All I heard was 'they' and 'her' ; a difficult duo to decipher.

When the footsteps lead the other way, I slowly opened my eyes to Rylan creeping over towards me. I tried to shift up, but failed horribly, realising I couldn't move my legs.

She saw my eyes and darted over, whispering three words in my ear.

'They found Brooklyn.'
